I had looked into that to get a couple grand to get a biz going about 9 yrs. ago via a microfinancing program.
Figured I qualified...poor, female etc.
I use this program: xat.com Image Optimizer.
Easy resizing! And it compresses images, too.
I’m sure it’s not all corrupt, but these people sure seem to have their tentacles into everything!
