On a hill in New England I can see a tree. A tree that was started from a little seed and grew into a mighty Elm. It has survived and flourished for over 200 years, through many storms, droughts and famines. The tree stood on that hill through thick and thin. Providing a meeting place for many great men, protecting them from the elements....while they organized and banded together.
But the tree has seen great famines, storms and droughts in the last 40 years and has been slowly dying. Some rotting bark here, a limb falling off there and never really regaining its full set of leaves during the spring renewal. It has slowly been dying, almost waiting for the last big wind storm to come and blow it over. It was inevitable and mirrored America's decline.
Thomas Jefferson wrote about this tree over two centuries ago when he said: "The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants. It is its natural manure.”
I live in the middle of a thousand acres of corn and at night during the summer when there has been heavy rains and bright sunshine during the day, you can actually go out at night and HEAR the corn growing. It is really beautiful to hear all that energy being released at night as that corn bursts with energy!
Tonight, I heard no corn growing....what I heard was The Tree of Liberty bursting with energy, repairing the damaged bark, the missing limb and regaining a full spread of bright green leaves.
Tonight the Tree of Liberty regained some strength and appeared to be reproducing all around this great Republic! Remember, remember the 2nd of November!

Excellent! Thanks for your enthusiam and creativity! We need a whole army of you. We must not let our work stop after the elections. We have to organize an agenda and nag Congress to act on what we want and kill what we do not want.
