The spat over Arizona's new immigration expanded Tuesday as a state official dared the city of Los Angeles to follow through on its new boycott by agreeing to give up the 25 percent of electricity that city gets from Arizona sources.
In a letter to Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigos, Arizona Corporation Commissioner Gary Pierce said a boycott war is bad for both sides, and said he would "be happy to encourage Arizona utilities to renegotiate your power agreements" to end the electricity flowing to Los Angeles.
"I am confident that Arizona's utilities would be happy to take those electrons off your hands," Mr. Peirce said. "If, however, you find that the City Council lacks the strength of its convictions to turn off the lights in Los Angeles and boycott Arizona power, please reconsider the wisdom of attempting to harm Arizona's economy."

I LOVE it, I Love it, I Love it, Go...Go...Go.. Arizona.
The War Between the States, version 2.0
Really love that
Love it!
Liberals never think past stage one...
I love AZ. I wish FL had the same guts but we have scum like Crist & Jeb Bush and RINOs like Marcos Rubio.
They don’t send their trash to AZ too do they? lol
Rubio ain’t a rino.
Just gets better and better.
Glad I got married in that state.
Go AZ, Go AZ....
You might not like it Pissant, but he was born in East L.A. This is his native land, so he cannot by definition be deported. Exile is the word to describe the forced eviction of a native born citizen and the USA does not exile it’s citizens.
HAHAHAHA!!!! The new war between the states beginning?
“Arizona’s law requires police to ask for proof of legal residence from anyone they have reasonable suspicion is not in the country legally.”
This is NOT TRUE! They have to be lawfully stopped for something else first. They can’t be stopped just because the police think they might be illegal immigrants
WAY TO FIGHT BACK
Rubio a RINO?? Explain please.
AZ needs to print up social services maps of the boycotting cities and give out one way bus tickets. Throw in a couple of free meals and $100 spending $$. A bargain!
Nail it!
I may be speaking from my personal MBA & strategic planning background in a $400M corporation, but it takes an intellectual insight to study a problem and accurately define the 1 core issue that is at the center of the problem.
Liberals are highly educated idiots that lack the wisdom to assimilate data into a cogent, intelligent summary of the situation.
It is not the war between the states. It is a war between AMERICA and Mexico plus mu**lim Kenyan.
Sadly the idiots in America who wtach TV support the 5 networks who control 90+% of the channels who all support Hussein.
They will get Islamic serfdom to go with their NCAA ballgames. Morons.
Good for Arizona, and I live on the doorstep of L.A.
Arizona managed it’s resources well. We’ve leveraged ourselves into a weak, very weak position here.
Arizona should clean our clock on this one. And that angers me because California has so much potential. It’s just infuriating how poorly out elected officials utilize it.
