STUNNING: Tea Party Backed Republican Jumps 35% in 1 Month!

The Washington Examiner reports that "Angle has risen to second place with 25 percent, [Sue] Lowden is first with 30 percent, and [Danny] Tarkanian continues to fade with 22 percent.

The latest Rasmussen poll shows Angle with a 48-40 lead over Reid in a hypothetical general election matchup. With early voting beginning May 22, and recent stumbles by Lowden, the matchup could become more than hypothetical.

It looks like the Tea Party Candidate may indeed replace Harry Reid in the Senate

A dramatic shakeup has taken place in Nevada where the candidate endorsed by the Tea Party Express, Conservative Republican Sharron Angle, has seen a net poll gain of 35% since we endorsed her campaign exactly one month ago.

There are now growing prospects that Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid will be replaced by a rock-solid tea party conservative, Sharron Angle.  This would be one of the political stunners of the year if the momentum continues.

That's why I think this endorsement was so unfortunate. I saw Angle on CSPAN and think she is the one candidate Reid will probably beat in the end. She just didnt strike me as ready for prime time.

Hope I'm wrong but her performance left me depressed.

The Tea Party people are having a giant impact on elections.

They say all politics is local...which is true...but the impact that the grass roots conservatives are having on the political process at this time is causing many races to be brought to the national level.

A senator like Reid (who is going down!) --- and Pelosi, Feinstein etc, have a horrible effect on our Constitutional Republic

Tea Party also needs to thoroughly research Angle’s endorsement of Scientology programs for prison rehab. That will be hung around her neck and could sink her in the general.

The Tea Party Express is raising money now to place ads in the areas where Angle isn't well known enough.

That's going to help a lot.

I believe the TPX's involvement is largely responsible for Angle's recent surge in the polls.
