Hawaii Gov. Linda Lingle, a Republican, signed legislation Wednesday that will allow state officials to ignore repeated requests for President Barack Obama’s birth certificate. Why? The state has been overwhelmed with requests for the document — the stack of queries through March measures 13 inches high — and the demand is burning up staff time.
It is amazing that more than a year after the president took office, the “birthers” are still alive and kicking, trying to prove that Obama wasn’t born in the United States and is thus ineligible to be president. Nevermind the proof that he was born in Hawaii, like his Hawaiian birth certificate. Birthers say it’s not the “legitimate” birth certificate, even though Hawaiian officials, including the Republican governor, say it is. The birthers also dismiss the fact that two Honolulu newspapers printed birth announcements shortly after he was born. Anyone, after all, could have submitted those announcements.

It is not even the fact of whether he was born in America or not. His father is not from here and that right there disqualifies him to hold the highest office in the land.
We don’t even know the name of his real father.
Yeah you are right on that one. I’m just saying that if his father, the kenyan, is his father than he cannot be president. That is the fact always misses when they call us birthers.
What if his real father is a Saudi?

Sure he can. You only need one U.S. parent, and being born on U.S. soil cinches it.
I think his parents' fake marriage was bigamous (Sr. had a "village wedding" back home that hadn't been annulled -- okay for him, under Kenyan law, which allowed multiple wives) and therefore legally null and void.
I think the real problem will be with his Indonesian adoption and repatriation. He may have kept his Indonesian citizenship for years after his return, which would tear the knickers on "natural-born citizen". Hence the interest in his travels to e.g. Pakistan. If he had an Indonesian passport ..... game over.
It also doesn’t matter whether they cry conspiracy or not; Obama is breaking the law right now by not proving his is a natural born citizen.
He should step down or be thrown in jail
Maybe he will claim that he wasn’t born at all. Maybe he plans to claim that he crawled out of a well.
Obama will never step down. He must be removed by the Courts or “impeached” by the new Congress in 2011.

Anyone who cares about their country would be very concerned that a POTUS had hidden every scrap of information of his life that he possibly could.

Anyone who wonders why the President of the United States and Commander in Chief refuses to release his original birth certificate does so for one reason, well, two reasons , only.
They believe he was born in Kenya and they’re racist.
Many of us simply wonder why the POTUS and CINC refuses to allow Hawaii to publicly release his birth certificate and “ other vital records “ they admit having under seal .
Because as Dr Jerome Corsi often says , we didn’t take mind reading in college, so we have no idea what it says on the birth certificate.
We just know that the American people are not allowed to view the birth certificate of their president.

How did he get on the ballot in all 50 states and how and why did the authorized electors of those states vote for him and how and why were the results certified and the SCOTUS swore him in? I am mystified. At any rate, I believe the only way to get him out is for the House to impeach him and 67 Senators vote to convict him. Not gonna happen. Better concentrate on electing someone else in 2012.
Only numbers #1, #11 and #14 have any bearing on his eligibility. Also his multiple Soc. Sec. numbers which is not on the list. As to my focus I am more than capable of multi-tasking.
