It is not even the fact of whether he was born in America or not. His father is not from here and that right there disqualifies him to hold the highest office in the land.

Where in the Constitution does it say that? Or where in any law of the United States does it say that your father has to be from here in order to be a natural born citizen?
The 14th Amendment to the Constitution says that “all persons BORN or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.”
“Born citizens” can be president and “naturalized” citizens cannot.
