(May 14) -- A 14-year-old autistic boy in Georgia faces felony charges of making terroristic threats after he drew a stick-figure version of himself firing a gun at his teacher.
After discovering the crudely rendered drawing that Shane Finn had made on his classwork, officials at Atlanta's Ridgeview Charter School suspended the eighth-grader and decided to pursue charges against him, Fox News in Atlanta reported.

Cripes, this was Shane Finn, not Sinn Fein...and Georgia, not Belfast...WTF...when is this madness going to end...the kid is autisitic for Cripes sake...the LAST thing he needed was this shit.
Hmmmm, kid draws stick picture of him shooting teacher.....felony, man makes movie about assassinating Bush.....praise and adulation.

I have to agree. I found one sentence on Fox that says felony charges have now been filed.
The damned schools! What’s the litmus test for teachers these days? And why did the boy have negative feelings for this one? God knows. And He will judge.

For what, freedom of expression, self-actualization, being artistic…this is nothing more than an abuse by the cowardly.
As for “…that sweeping, zero-tolerance [attitude]…” members of government education should be charged with incompetence, negligence and fraud, locked up for a minimum of a year based on being part of a conspiracy to destroying Americas future; before going after the client.
I believe he wrote his name above the stick figure that had the gun, and the name of the teacher above the one the gun was pointed at.
He wrote “me” over the one with the gun and “Hartman” over the other figure. There’s a pic of it at the link.
It is gratifying to see that the authorities have finally mustered the courage to label somebody a ‘terrorist”.
His mother said he has trouble with expressing frustration. If he’s autistic, he has trouble expressing anything. And we know why he’s frustrated. The teacher’s an idiot.
