Not only should these a$$holes be fires but any pension they have earned should be rescinded. That needs to be the law of the land.

Jeez....CA? Corrupt? Just because they are trying to have anchor babies so they can start a civil war?

No way! </sarc

Am I surprised? Not in the least. Talk about open borders. When the fence ends at the Pacific Ocean, what stops the traffickers (in anything illegal) from swimming 10 feet?

Only $50,000? She can get that much in 24 hours from the illegals she processed.

Ummmm, that is no longer true. Particularly not in Falls Church, VA - which is actually served by the DMV office in Vienna, VA.

Here in the WDC area miscreant, corrupt government employees are “at worst” given “retraining” when caught and convicted. You wouldn’t want to mess up their pension benefits or upset the babies.

I think she is out of business for the time being! I hope! Knowing the government she is on paid leave!

...”Is anyone else interested in voting-rights court action?”

Yes, I’m very interested. I live in an area that is most probably plagued by the same type of international crime ring as what is being uncovered in CA.

Macomb County, MI lies between Port Huron and Detroit, Michigan. Lake St. Claire’s shoreline includes parts of southern Ontario and has its western shore coming up to the eastern boundary of Macomb County. To the northeast, Port Huron is the counterpart to Sarnia, Ontario (Canada) with the Blue Water Bridge there to handle international traffic. To the south of Macomb County and Lake St. Claire is the Detroit River where Prohibition era rumrunning was made so much easier by the annual freeze. The Ambassador Bridge to Canada and the Detroit (Windsor) tunnel is still moving that traffic and is as old as most people live. All of that and now there is serious talk about building yet another bridge to and from Canada over the river. And don’t forget the shorelines and waters of the entire Great Lakes region.

There are dozens of Secretary of State (DMV) offices in this part of Michigan and hundreds upon dozens of people employed by them.

On the outside, there are as many if not more people involved in enabling, perpetrating and perpetuating a network of streaming fraud.

Michigan and CA criminals have a mutual interest in this kind of crime. Why shouldn’t authorities assume that these crimes are being perpetrated at record levels by state-employed members of an international crime ring? What, do their benefit packages also come with the benefit of the doubt? I don’t think so.

An investigation of all the states’ DMV activities in should be in the works, beginning with Arizona. As more states come to embrace the same type of immigration legislation, they could also commence with their own DMV investigations.

I think the State of Michigan is probably as guilty as California and that legitimate voters’ rights have been repeatedly violated. Therefore, our civil rights have been tread upon by the failure of the government to act upon itself, organized crime and illegal aliens.

Sign me up!

I understand that, especially in the light of 9/11. However, it was 'business as usual' in those days. Illegals used to boast about how they had the DMV chasing their own tails, because the laws on the books at the time had holes you could throw a cat through.

"But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: for men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away, for his name is Obama."

True. But the sad thing is that the corruptors are like roaches. If you don’t get them all, they will multiply and spread their e-vil seed.

Before 9/11, there were two places here in Vegas that OPENLY sold NV driver licenses and social security cards for $100 a pop. I called INS and was told there was nothing they could do because there was no manpower for arrests.

SJB, I had my CA license cloned back in the hilarious 90's, when my official home was in the Peoples Republic of Santa Monica.

I found out about it from a state trooper in Ohio who had a faster car than I. It turned out that I and my clones (avatars?) had 14 moving violations in CA in the past 8 months... and surprise, surprise, a suspended license!

Amazing, since I had been working in Europe! One day while away, I got a speeding ticket in San Diego, and another one, 45 minutes later in Eureka! I had to admit, that's speeding! I had tickets for everything short of taking out a busload of nuns, while smoking crack. The Ohio troopers took my car, and my license immediately, but had the common sense not to arrest me, just giving me tickets for speeding and driving on a suspended license ... and giving me a ride back to the office!

I had to hire am Ohio lawyer, and another lawyer in Santa Monica, he had to hire an investigator. They caught one illegal alien carrying my papers, but the SMPD, as is normal, released him O.R. immediately. Of course the judge in Ohio couldn't believe this, until my Ohio lawyer gave him a WSJ article documenting the illegal alien DMV ring.

It took 6 weeks. I left the Courthouse $4200 in legal fees + a $5 fine for the speeding rap, poorer, but on my way to possession of an immaculate Ohio license, ordered by that judge, bless him!

To this day, the CA DMV has admitted no wrongdoing in this case, although my license was cloned at least 6 times ... my lawyer has one, It's the standard hologrammatic CA thing, with my DL Number, a fictitious address, and José's picture (An Antonio Banderas look-alike... not too bad!) although several employees were charged and one actually went to jail for a while (a short while, I am sure)!

Plus que ça change, plu que c'est la même chose in CA. It is good to know that my license probably will still vote many, many times in CA, because even though I am safely back in Maine, there is no, NO interconnect between the voter DB and the DMV in CA, or any other state.

“One day while away, I got a speeding ticket in San Diego, and another one, 45 minutes later in Eureka! I had to admit, that’s speeding!”

Just damn!! No way my car can go 800 MPH!!

“It took 6 weeks. I left the Courthouse $4200 in legal fees + a $5 fine for the speeding rap “

Well...gee....that seems....uh....fair.

“Plus que ça change, plu que c’est la même chose in CA”

It has been 35 years, but I presume the idiom is “the more things change, the more they remain the same”.

“It is good to know that my license probably will still vote many, many times in CA.

Yes, that is truly heart rendering ;-)

I miss the summers of my youth vacationing at Ogunquit Beach.

The whole bellied clams...the lobster rolls...

What I’m amazed at is that more of us haven’t been through the ID theft that you describe. The squatter support squad says, ‘illegal entry is just a misdemeanor’ .....

Well...ID theft isn’t, and most illegal aliens are guilty of that as well and working illegally, etc. etc. etc.

Wisconsin DemoRats are trying to push through automatic voter registration by using DMV records. Wow, cany you imagine how many felons, illegal aliens, dead people and cartoon characters could vote if this fiasco passes?

Is the ferry from Muskegon, MI to WI still running the way it used to?
