“I won’t use bad language, but this makes me really, really cross, because this is completely unacceptable,”
- Thanks for not swearing and all that, but WHAT are YOU gonna DO about it?
‘Sokay, horse meat keeps forever.
This from the land of Lutefisk?.................
OBTW, how are things in Iceland?
A: Egg McNuthin'.
That’s not NEWS; that’s S.O.P.!
bttt
Old food?.....
But it’s the old world isn’t it?
“This from the land of Lutefisk?.................”
- Have you ever heard of salmonella-infected lutefisk?
I’d prefer a day old bacalao dish to a chicken salad gone out of date, wouldn’t you?
WEHT McRibs? They had it many years ago, dropped it, and then brought it back again. However, I can’t recall seeing it on the menu lately. RIP McRibs?
There, fixed it.
“I’m lovin’ it”
- I’m throwin’ it.
I guess day-old chicken salad is better than a Kangaroo Big Mac.....
Ah, you bring back happy memories of childhood when I used to buy bacalao frito from cart vendors in Puerto Rico. They were all over the place and for a small price you could get yourself a nice treat. I'm sure they were a bit aged but it never hurt me.
When my grand daughter was younger she worked in fast food while going to school. She said it was fairly common for pesky flies to end up in the fryer with the fries...the standing joke was calling them French flies. They were just scooped out and the fries were still used...don’t suppose with the heat of the oil there were any health consequences...but big uck!
Say what you will about McDonalds, but they didn’t get to be the Rush Limbaugh of fast food by making poor business decisions. If the allegations prove to be true, expect the franchise owner to lose his lucrative contract, face possible civil suit by McDonalds themselves, and sweeping administrative changes to be made.
I think the McRib might be gone forever.
I remember reading somewhere that there was a laboratory fire or something and the formula for synthesizing artificial pork was lost.
;-)
....but 1987 was a great year for McNuggets....
