This is happening in front of Con Edison HQ. Bomb squad on scene. So is terrorism task force. Looking for white guy, 58 yo walking with a leg brace. 5 ft 9 grey hair,. Can’t get it all of the scanner.

I don’t know why you “feel” that either since paint ball tanks don’t contain gas. They are fired with gas, CO2. I think this is important breaking news, BTW.

The original call came in at 10.17pm. “Walter” was seen walking near area 45 minutes ago, so he just might have info. The way they describe him, it sounds like a local homeless guy in the park.
