WA state would be glad to get rid of Gregoire. One less lying lib can only improve the state.

WA Gov. Christine Gregoire (D) leads a short list to replace Solicitor General Elena Kagan, the WH has told members of Gregoire's home-state delegation. I don't get it.
Has Kagan been confirmed already?
Has she resigned as S.G. ?
Or is this just more arrogance?
Never mind; I think I know.

I read the headline and thought Kagan was in trouble for the SC nomination and there was already speculation on a replacement! LOL.

Obama has reportedly told top aides he wants to be the first president to appoint 3 women to the high court. Why? Why wouldn't you want the best available jurist, regardless of sex or skin color? Just a rhetorical question.

That pile of crap got in to office after the third recount of votes. ACORN and friends kept “finding” votes each recount which eventually ended up with her beating Dino Rossi in a very close race. No way should this fraud be on the Supreme Court!!....Sweet Jesus!
