Mornin’ All!
My fair state of Missouri gets to vote on Obamacare! WoooHooo!
But the media has begun the discouraging mantra that it will only be “symbolic”, since Fed. trumps state.
BULLS%*T!!!!
(sorry, there’s just no other way to express my ire.)
Good Morning!
Good let them think that. It will keep the Zombie 0 voters home since they will think it is “meaningless” to vote on it.
Well, That’s one way of looking it at it, but I was thinking of the less informed amongst us, who might be against it, but don’t vote because “it won’t matter”.
Arrrgh.
CCX is now an international company?
Maurice Strong. Earth Council? What in the world is that?
This is a sham, they are merely doing this to set up the coming phony “Debt Reduction Commissions” report that will demand massive tax hikes and a new VAT tax to “Fix out out of control debt”.
Only problem Glen is in 1986 to Reagan, 1991 to Bush 1 and 1993 to Clinton the Progressives in Congress made the same fraudulent promises. Give us these massive tax hikes now and later we will cut the spending to balance the budget.
We gave them the tax hikes and Federal Spending exploded faster then we could pay for it.
The ONLY time we have gotten a balanced budget in the last 40 years is when the post 1994 election Republican Congress took the public relations hits to actually reign in the spending. Contrary to the Progressive mythology, Bill Clinton's tax hikes did not do that. The last Democrat Congress budget forecast in 1994 forecast $200 billion deficits for the rest of the 1990s.
So this time the response of the American people should be
“Look we have heard this lie before. This time we want the spending cuts in place first, then 4 or 5 years down the road, when you have shown you can be responsible with the people's pure, then you can come ask us for tax hikes.”
Beck needs better transitions to his commercials! LOL!

Here’s the money quote which is being repeated on all the newscasts for the past 24 hours:
“If approved by voters, it’s uncertain whether Missouri’s law would carry much weight. That’s because federal laws generally trump those of states. Similar measures are scheduled to appear on statewide ballots in November in Arizona, Florida and Oklahoma.”
In the print version, they have inserted the word “generally”...this is not the case with the televised versions.
All to be decided after the right sweeps up in November. Blames the right for the real effect of debt reduction. Cuts and higher tax. This is a never ending cycle of sheeple mind control.
As a mom I can liken that to the child who pleads to have a puppy, promising that they will take care of it, feed it, walk it etc.
We all knows how that turns out.
"This time were are going to first get control the spending for 4 or 5 years. If we still cannot get the people's house in order by then, then we will discuss the possibilities of tax hikes".

The take away from that interview, re: The Wright Bros.
“Whatever you attempt to do in life, bring extra stuff!”
: )
And what will give them that spine? Pols only understand power..if they don't feed the huge beast (progressive machine) it will eat them, rendering their best intents useless with no voice or platform to implement any idea.
I say the TEA party is the power that will prop up those pols. But where are they? They are not catching the golden ring. They are standing in the shadows cowering. Demint is the only person, besides Palin who as come out so far. All the others are waiting to see if the train takes off first.
