Obama's Social Security number fraudulent ?

Two private investigators working independently are asking why President Obama is using a Social Security number set aside for applicants in Connecticut while there is no record he ever had a mailing address in the state.

In addition, the records indicate the number was issued between 1977 and 1979, yet Obama's earliest employment reportedly was in 1975 at a Baskin & Robbins ice cream shop in Oahu, Hawaii.

WND has copies of affidavits filed separately in a presidential eligibility lawsuit in the U.S. District Court of the District of Columbia by Ohio licensed private investigator Susan Daniels and Colorado private investigator John N. Sampson.

The investigators believe Obama needs to explain why he is using a Social Security number reserved for Connecticut applicants that was issued at a date later than he is known to have held employment.

The Social Security website confirms the first three numbers in his ID are reserved for applicants with Connecticut addresses, 040-049.

First the author is claiming that Obama has a socialist security issued in Connecticut? How does the author know Obama socialist security? He does not.

The author may not know for a certainty what Obie's SS number is but based on computer database checks, they INDICATE the numbers ASSOCIATED with Obie. Since the same number and name are associated with several known addresses of Obie, a REASONABLE person can infer that someone has used that SS number, that name (Obie) and those addresses and it is more likely than not that it is Obie himself using those addresses with that number. No it is not proof positive, but it is a well accepted investigative tool to associate POSSIBLE numbers with persons and addresses. These databases take information from credit(header) reports, rental applications, court and other public records. If Obie is not using that number at those addresses with his name, then who is? Has his identity been stolen, has he filed a police report?

Go and read on Wikepedia how social security numbers are generated now and were generated in the past prior to 1973 and will know that this author is full of crap.

The SS Administration states that prior to 1973 the numbers were issued in field offices and since then in Baltimore and that the numbers would relate to the ZIP CODE of the mailing address where the application was sent from (and card mailed back to). Obie more than likely would obtain a SS just prior to starting his first on the books job, usually when one is about 15 to 16 years old, thus in his case 1976 or 1977 or later. The question remains what mailing address did Obie use in Connecticut and when did he stay there and for how long or did he just use some anonymous mail drop at the ripe old age of 16 or so?

Second question is did he work in Hawaii prior to obtaining the card?

I suggest for your own edification you spend a few bucks and run your own name and address with a database company and see if our SS comes back correct and if the dates and places used correspond to your correct information. Please let us know the results.

Since 1973, social security numbers have been issued by our central office. The first three (3) digits of a person's social security number are determined by the ZIP Code of the mailing address shown on the application for a social security number. Prior to 1973, social security numbers were assigned by our field offices. Yes you are stupid if you believe this crap. The first question you ask yourself is how does the author know Obama social security number. He does not.

This is how we know.

Susan Daniels, a private detective stated it in her affidavit that SSAN 042-68-4425 belongs to Obama. When her affidavit first surfaced, the Obama social security number was blacked out ,but you could still make out the numbers underneath the blackout. Obama's social security number became common knowledge on the Internet. Not only is there an affidavit from Daniels, it has also been submitted in Federal Court documents as seen below:

As genealogists know, SSNs of deceased individuals are public records. So, it should be simple to identify the five-score and twenty-year-old. Just look him up in the SSDI! Just a click, a few keystrokes, and you've got the goods on Zero. No need for serious advocacy, policy wonking, public persuasion ...

don’t understand part of this whole Obama background thing. If there is someone pulling the strings behind Obama, someone with big purse strings, why didn’t they re: I find better people to do the job of creating this background? Too many knowledgeable people know what the groups of numbers in a social security number represent. Same thing with the COLB that was made public. Too easily disproved. People in power or behind the power don’t get there by being stupid or inept.

OK. I have some concerns. One, the social security # not being from a state that Obama ever lived in.

How do you, or anyone else, know whether or not Obama ever lived in Connecticut? It would help if he would explain how he got that particular SSN, but otherwise, who could possibly attest to the fact that he never lived or visited there for any length of time as a teenager? There's always the summers, and vacations, or staying with relatives or family of a schoolmate... The SSA didn't care where your permanent address was; they issued numbers based on the return address given on the application.

As far as needing a SSN for a dependent child on tax forms, that requirement didn't go into effect until the early '80's.

FWIW, Obama held a low-level job for about a year at Business International in NYC, a private company,  in '83-'84. There is a public record of fellow employees who commented that he exaggerated his job level and accomplishments there in his so-called "memoir."

There's nothing but Obama's say-so that he ever worked at Baskin-Robbins in HI. No concrete evidence to support that has been produced: no fellow employees or bosses who remember him; no work records, etc. That "job" is entirely based on his statement that he worked there, and until and unless that statement is corroborated, it's worthless.

I'm not defending Obama, though I'll surely be accused of that. Rather, I'm pointing out that this is yet another non-story promoted by WND, the home of sensationalist conspiracy theories for fun and profit.
