NJ Ping!!
Yes, we must bend the cost curve... LOL
That would mean that working for the public sector in NJ would be an UN-ATTRACTIVE proposition. What would that do for the future of public service in NJ ?
I continue to battle whether or not to put my NJ home on the market....I am afraid if i move to PA, NJ will be the “more attractive” state...Who knows?
I wish we had Chris Christie in NY.
This guy is Reagan 2!!
The more I hear the more I like.
We may have found our candidate for 2012.
If he keeps this up - NJ will be the model state!
I hope the union thugs take them all out on strike. Then they can all be fired and NJ can start over with a semi-clean slate.
Hope the guy is wearing a vest!
New Jersey Bumper sticker: DON’T WORRY, WE HATE YOU TOO!
You know, Gov., I was suggestion for you.
How about lowering their salaries by 2.5% every year instead of raising them?
I think it would actually be better to peg their wages to those in the private sector. Of course that data muight not be that easy to come up with on a job-by-job basis.
Really, 2.5% is pretty generous in this employment climate.
At some point you’ve made enough money - Chairman BObama
It is about time someone addressed thiese things.”
I wonder even if 2.5 % isn’t also too high.
I am on Soc Sec- and we have been frozen at 2009 amounts for all of 2010 & also all of 2011.
Somehow, NObama has a crystal ball that says there will be NO Cost of Living reasons to bump us up for these 2 years.
Wish he had looked into my bank check register first-
House insurance has gone up substantially. Gas is up almost a dollar a gallon. Food is higher. Vehicle registration fees have gone up-33 1/3 % in one case.
Local park fees went up 75% for day use & 40% for overnight use. No improvements to most of these parks- and many of them don’t even have water. You must bring your own.
