CIRCUMSTANCES Eugene was last seen at the "Motor City Casino" in Detroit, MI at around 7pm on November 14, 2008. He was last heard from at around 1 a.m. on Saturday November 15, 2008. He was driving his 1999 Black Ford E150 Van with the License Plate Number BXU2268, which was found at Cameron and Melbourne in Detroit, MI. It had been completely burned.

Sounds like he’s either a UGA fan, or a member of the Bloods.
He wasn’t at a party at the Manoogian Mansion with a stripper named “Strawberry,” was he?
Doesn’t sound good since the car was torched. On the other hand, if this disappearance was staged, I’d be the first one to apply a baseball bat to his head.

Eugene goes by the nickname “Geno”. He
has a light caramel complexion. His hairline
is receding and he shaves his head. Eugene
has a scar on his lower left arm and a 3.15
inch scar on his forearm. Both ears are
pierced but he only wears an earring in his
left ear. He may wear glasses. Eugene was
last seen wearing a black and red bulldogs
hat and jacket, a black shirt, dark denim
pants and black Rockport shoes. He is in
good physical condition.
