You would probably not know that a “Gay Conservative” was gay. He or she wouldn’t wave it in everybody’s face like liberals do.

The author clearly does not ... cannot see ... the bigger picture. Would Conservatives really be further ahead if John McCain had won? Not at all. The Tea Party movement would not be sweeping the nation if another RINO had been permitted POTUS.

So..in your convoluted logic, it is ok that our Nation has been seized by Communists/Marxists...and we really should thank the 6 million freaking idiots that sat on their asses on 11/04/2008, and help usher in this catastrophic situation. After all it resulted in the Tea Party movement. You must be out of your mind. Excuse me if I don't share in your 'silver lining' outlook. We are now faced with the very real possibility that this Nation is going to collapse. We are being served up to our enemies, both domestic and foreign, on a silver platter. Our economy is in the tank and it's just a matter of time before a true crash happens. We've got a usurper in office continually stoking racial tension and hatred toward....patriotic people. We are continually mocked and ridiculed by every decision made and depravity is now the norm. The current marxists are taking glee in dismantling the foundation of this country. But thanks to the idiots that sat home, we now have tea parties and it's a good thing.../s One thing I'm relatively certain of, McCain would have never packed the WH with avowed America haters, communists or moral reprobates. And Palin was in the wings in the event that something happened to McCain.

I see the big picture now and I saw the big picture in 2008. Did you?

“First of all, if you, in the year 2010, are making fudge-packing jokes, there’s a 99% chance you are gay yourself “

Source?

Also it is weird that you defend homosexuality by repeatedly accusing your critics of being gay.

When black people start invading schools and churches to both indoctrinate and force people to think they way the gays want them to think, knocking old people to the ground and telling everyone who disagrees with them to shut up, trying to stifle free speech, then maybe you can say something. Otherwise I find it offensive when anyone tries to equate anything gay with blacks.

You can peddle their degeneracy somewhere else.

A few of the nastier aspects of the homosexual agenda:

- Catholic Charities in California can no longer place kids for adoption in our state because it is against their beliefs to place kids with homosexual couples. They had operated successfully in California for decades and placed thousands of children.
• A Christian photographer was forced by the New Mexico Civil Rights Commission to pay $6,637 in attorney’s costs after she refused to photograph a gay couple’s commitment ceremony.
• A psychologist in Georgia was fired after she declined for religious reasons to counsel a lesbian about her relationship. Even though she referred the client to a supportive psychologist.
• Christian fertility doctors in California who refused to artificially inseminate a lesbian patient were barred by the state Supreme Court from invoking their religious beliefs in refusing treatment.
• A Christian student group was not recognized at a University of California law school because it denies membership to anyone practicing sex outside of traditional marriage.
- We have homosexual sex promoted in our public schools starting in kindergarten.
- Wanda Sykes is regularly lecturing teenage boys on a tv PSA that it is not ok to use “gay” as a perjorative, and that they’d best shut up and submit to the current dogma.
- Big Brothers/Sisters now places at risk kids with same sex homosexual adults. Even though homosexuals molest at a far higher rate than heterosexuals. They will not of course place straight men with minor girls or straight women with minor boys.
- The Sea Scouts have lost their decades old slip for their ship in Berkeley because the Scouts don’t allow homosexual men to be troop leaders. Troop leaders take kids on overnight camps that last as long as two weeks.

To compare this garbage to the struggle for basic human right for black people is obscene.

Where did you get that list?
A few weeks ago, the television program “The Doctors” featured high school aged students and their questions to the doctors about STD’s. Over and over, the parents and the doctors marveled at the prevalence of anal sex among teenagers. The teens seemed amused.
I could see the eyes of the teens glaze over every time one of the physicians said “Young people don’t realize that they are engaging in a VERY high risk behavior.” The repetition of the doctors’ warnings and the students’ blank attitudes finally made me realize that the young simply cannot conceive of anal sex imparting a higher level of risk than hetero sex because such information has been unavailable to them their entire lives. The fear of ‘stigmatizing’ the gay community has suppressed standard medical information to the point where teens do not heed or believe medical cautions about anal sex. So the list you provided was a suprise. Wonder if publicizing percentages of STD’s and types of STD’s per gay/straight community would influence the young to greater caution?

“John McCain would be president today if 6 million Republicans hadn’t sat their sorry butts home on Election Day 2008, “to teach the GOP a lesson”.”

You’re absolutely right. The United States is now in very real danger becoming a totalitarian thugocracy, devoid of rule of law and the right to the pursuit of happiness. And if John McCain were now president, that we would be in no such peril, even though conservatives would have plenty else to grumble about.

Once the United States loses it’s identity as a free country where the rights of government are limited, groups considered of no immediate use to “society” will be expendable (think old people who will be denied health care for the “greater good”). It will be only a matter of time for the “inferior races” and the “defective” or “deviant” groups to be either terminated or phased out by forceful methods.

So what if Republican party includes some religious fundamentalists who think all homosexuals will end up in hell? Most Republicans are conservatives or libertarians who are all about limiting the power of government. Conservatives, by nature, are people who in live and let live. They are self reliant and not prone to call on government to enforce “fairness”.

“Fairness” legislation is a two edged sword, and poses a far greater a danger to minority groups than the momentary psychological benefit they might gain by seeing someone punished for making some slur. Consider Hitler’s final solution to the fact that a Jewish minority had a disproportionate share of Germany’s wealth. This is government’s way of enforcing “fairness”. By contrast, there’s the conservative approach. Milton Freedman’s take on the persistence of anti semitism was that people who hate one another will cooperate to make money.

Gays ought to stop needlessly promoting resentment against their own kind. Abandon this drive to make “gay marriage” legal. Legalizing gay marriage is just another leftist device to deconstruct the traditions that perpetuate American civilization. And ending “don’t ask don’t tell” will lead to gay exhibitionism by gay activists, destroying morale.

Vote Republican. Vote for limited government so you too can continue to live and let live.

I met an ER doctor a while ago. Doctors call the list I posted “Lavender Diseases” due to the high number of cases unique to the gay male community.

Gays at my former workplace protested the company’s blood donor incentive: if you donated blood, you ‘earned’ 2 hours paid time off. Some of the gays protested that this policy was bigoted. I remember being bewildered about how this policy could possibly affect gays more than straights because really, the medical rates of infection are studiously blurred by the media in support of sensitivity; I just don’t think about it. Oh I know there is HIV but we are ‘informed’ routinely that straights are the next HIV epidemic and rates of hetero HIV in Africa are daunting indeed. So suddenly, if you support 2 hours off for blood donor - you are insensitive bigot. You cannot consider rates of HIV, Hepatitus etc. as relevant or you are a bigot? So you can’t incentivize blood donation at all?

Not only do you have a poor understanding of liberty (rights), but also of history.

Homosexuality and heterosexuality have never been on equal footing........never has, is not now, and never will be...........sure, laws can be written to "make it so" and judges can "decree it such".........

But, packing human fudge, packing dog fudge and packing horse fudge...........not one of these is a natural right, never has been, is not now, and never will be...........

Nature, society and the words of Providence testify against it........from the dawn of mankind until this very day.

As a side note........if there is a nicer way to say "packing fudge", would someone on this thread pass that along to me.........

It truly amazes me how two percent of the population try to have their filthy disease ridden lifestyle made acceptable and normal. I have never known a gay man or woman who is happy with their life. The men are pedophiles too.

This is a curious rant. Hillbuzz disapproves of juvenile name calling, petty insults and stereotyping but engages in the same.

Here’s the thing... Speaking for myself.... I DON’T CARE! What they do in their bedroom is as important to me as what they eat for breakfast.

Live your life. Do your thing. Have at it. Whatever floats your boat. Just stop demanding my affirmation and approval and quit with the name calling and accusations when I won’t give it.

It is far better to have zero tolerance for sexual perversion, such as BGLT movements, than to ignore or condone their behavior.

Show me where McCain lost by narrow margins in large enough states to swing the election and I may start to accept some of the premises of this rant.

I didn’t vote for McCain, have no intention of EVER voting for McCain and have channeled money to help J.D. Hayworth oust McCain but I also hail from a conservative state where McCain still won so my vote was inconsequential. If I’m part of this “six million” the author rants about, I have no regrets.

I don’t see the point in needlessly bashing homosexuals who want conservative values to succeed but homosexuals must understand that we on the Right have had 30 years of gays and lesbians forcing their values on us and on our children beginning in day care and upward. Any alliance is always going to be a wary one because most conservatives would prefer that homosexuals stop flaunting their perversions as if they were medals of honor.

Can’t you just be adults? Americans? MUST you define yourselves by who you have sex with?

I’m all for anyone who wants to stop the spread of communism that has reached our shores but I’m not about to suffocate my own values just to add a few more voices to the party who could drive away more voters than they attract.

Politics is a rough sport and one has to set aside some differences to make majorities work but it means two sides have to set aside differences, not just one. I don’t see the need to attack people who want the same political goals as you do but I also don’t see the need to bow down just because somebody wants to cross the aisle and switch sides.

Maybe if you kept the focus on defeating Obamunism and not on sharing your bedroom habits, you’ll find conservatives more agreeable and perhaps find more common interests.

So then, all those words and the bottom line is in his view if you criticize or joke about gays, you must then be gay yourself.

It just doesn’t get any dopier then that.

So..in your convoluted logic, it is ok that our Nation has been seized by Communists/Marxists.

Absolutely not.

we really should thank the 6 million freaking idiots that sat on their asses on 11/04/2008

Voting is a civic duty and I would not thank any citizen for neglecting it

help usher in this catastrophic situation

And who else helped ... the libs, the RNC, the unions, the illegals, the elderly and the youth, etc, etc.

After all it resulted in the Tea Party movement.

Yes, it did. And what a shock that was. I certainly didn't expect it. Like I said, I got out and voted myself (but only for Mrs. Palin's sake).

I agree with everything you've said ... except the part about me being out of my mind. After all, if I agree with you, and I am out of my mind, well then you might be too, and we know that's not the case.

We are continually mocked and ridiculed by every decision made and depravity is now the norm. The current marxists are taking glee in dismantling the foundation of this country. But thanks to the idiots that sat home, we now have tea parties and it's a good thing.

Let's hold off on the sarcasm until November. We have the opportunity to transform the usurper you speak of into a lame duck pres__ent before he finishes his second year in office. Wow! That's never been done, but I see it happening. Carter didn't even have it that bad. And yes, the tea parties have a great deal to do with it, and yes it's a good thing.

One thing I'm relatively certain of, McCain would have never packed the WH with avowed America haters, communists or moral reprobates. And Palin was in the wings in the event that something happened to McCain. I see the big picture now and I saw the big picture in 2008. Did you?

We voted for the lesser of two evils ... again ... and each time we have done so we have swirled a little closer to toilet's drain. You wanted to be the slow-boiled frog by electing Gang of 14, stab in the back, level the playing field, amnesty for illegals, "the base will get in line" McCain. Perhaps I did too. And I am relatively certain we would only have seen "more of the same" from him had he attained office.

Good bad or indifferent, we didn't get our wish. Our team lost. And now the pot is on a fast boil and twice the number of frogs are anxious to get out. Yes, I see the big picture. A landslide is coming. And if these are the sour grapes from a failed election by a RINO candidate ... well I guess they don't taste as bitter to me as I had anticipated they would.

Homosexuality and heterosexuality have never been on equal footing...never has, is not now, and never will be.

God smote Sodom and Gomorrah for their deviancy. Even had the citizens supported low taxes and limited government, it's doubtful that He would have mitigated His Divine Judgment.

I can’t believe you would compare McCain to Obama in
terms of ideologypolicy or maturity.

We sure wouldn’t have socialized medicine and the complete anarchy in our economy. Obama is not yet 1.5 yrs into his term and look what’s happening.

I thank those conservative puritans who had a hissy-fit
and didn’t vote because we now have the most corrosive anti-American government ever. There are no garauntees that Obama
is a one termer.
