Is that the same house as in the pictures I posted? I’ve been trying to find a photo that shows its proximity to the ocean but can’t seem to do so.

That first house your link shows is Gore's other mansion in Tennessee.

The other doesn't seem to resemble the actual house much at all.

Perhaps the house I posted photos of wasn’t it after all. It’s very difficult to find conclusive info on this. I now see the person apparently responsible for posting the photos I linked to (which many other websites have used) isn’t actually certain it is the house. So maybe the picture in the link you provided is the correct one (?) ...the 2nd one that is, the 1st is Gore’s Tennessee mansion.
