The disclosure is believed to be the first time a state government official has declared the precise place where Obama was born, despite numerous other published claims, including some for a different hospital in Honolulu.
The remark came Sunday night when Gov. Linda Lingle, a Republican, was interviewed on New York's WABC Radio by host Rabbi Shmuley Boteach. (The subject was addressed at the 77-minute mark HERE.)

Lakin is demanding facts; the US military is relying on Nancy Pelosi’s oath, which she made based on a fawning desire to see the first, historic Black (communist) POTUS -as is evidenced by the HDOH’s revelation that no democratic party official or attorney even REQUESTED TO SEE FACTS regarding whether Obama is old enough or a natural born US citizen and thus eligible as she swore that he was.
Night and day difference between the fawning idiots who think the president only has to be a rock star.... and the dead-serious military officer who has asked for - and been refused - the documenting facts about the situation.
So if Lakin sides with the websites who deal with facts, then that is to his credit. Why would anybody be proud of siding instead with “tingly legs” Matthews and swooning Nancy - both of whom wouldn’t recognize a fact if it hit them in the head.
Maybe Obama could give permission. But, guess what, the hospital probably hasn’t saved records from 1961. Why should it? The birth records are held by the State of Hawaii. The State of Hawaii has said several times, most recently by the governor of Hawaii, that there is proof that Obama was born in Hawaii.

“Obama has already provided a legal birth certificate demonstrating that he was born in Hawaii. No one has produced any serious evidence to the contrary. Absent such evidence, it is unreasonable to deny that Obama has met the burden of proof. We know that he was born in Honolulu as surely as we know that Bill Clinton was born in Hope, Ark., or George W. Bush in New Haven, Conn.”

It's been pointed out numerous times that Buchanan, Wilson and Hoover were all Natural Born Citizens because both of their parents were citizens of the U.S. at the time of the (future) President's birth. Therefore, they are all Natural Born Citizens. Chester Arthur is the only one who successfully usurped his time in office because he successfully hid from the public the fact that his father was a British subject when CA was born. CA lied his way through and then in a final act, had his papers burned upon his death to cover up his lies. The public at large wasn't aware he was not eligible because of his fathers foreign citizenship until 2008. Of course, you know all that already, but insist on playing your game of trying to protect Barry.
No, they’ve only said that they have multiple birth records for Obama and at least one of them claims Obama was born in Hawaii. For them to say anything else when Obama’s BC is amended is more than Hawaii law allows them to see - even if their rules and laws DID authorize an announcement regarding place of birth (but as the HDOH has been saying all along, HRS 338-18a prohibits their revealing anything from his birth certificate publicly except through the provisions in the rules or laws).
And the HDOH has ALSO said that the Factcheck COLB is a forgery.

That makes me very, very angry - because I sent the Wall Street Journal, personally, myself, the information about the HDOH confirming in 2 different ways, through official communications, that the Factcheck COLB is a forgery.
They have been told. I also mentioned in that e-mail to their editors that it is misprision of felony if they know of a felony and fail to report it.
They censored anybody from posting that particular information on their website and now they lie about not having seen any “serious evidence to the contrary”. If the HDOH itself saying the COLB is a forgery is not enough, then what the heck is?

I agree - the hospital may not have saved the records. I believe Hawaii only mandates saving 25 years of records in the most stringent case, and confidential storage space is expensive!
I see where Hawaii has refused to confirm the COLB on Factcheck is genuine. I don't see where they have confirmed it a forgery. Can you cite something from the HDOH? (I've skimmed parts of your blog, but had trouble finding a good index - if I missed it there, please point me toward it.)

Amaing how these sycophants repeat the same discredited and proved wrong “points” over and over and over again ad nauseum. The only conclusion is that they are leftists with a cause, or paid, or both.
The trouble is that the HDOH doesn’t have to answer questions; they only have to respond to requests for records. So the confirmation they made is through their responses to requests for records - which means a person has to wade through the laws and rules in order to understand what their statements mean. So a person can’t really skim the information and come away with it. But the summary is this:
The Hawaii Department of Health has confirmed in 2 different ways, through official communications, that the Factcheck COLB is a forgery because
1) the HDOH has made repeated statutory admissions that Obama’s birth certificate is amended. Any genuine long-form or COLB from the HDOH has to have note of that amendment. The Factcheck COLB doesn’t and is thus known as a forgery. And
2) The HDOH has stated that all of Oahu’s birth certificates have always been received at the state registrar’s office and given a birth certificate number by the state registrar on the same day – the “date filed”. The Factcheck COLB has a “date filed” 3 days earlier than the Nordyke twins’ but a certificate number 2 later than theirs. This new statement from the HDOH rules out the previous attempts to explain the discrepancy (pre-numbered BC’s at hospitals, or BC’s sitting in piles for 3 days awaiting processing). Because the number and date filed are incompatible, the Factcheck COLB is known to be a forgery.
The e-mails from the HDOH and the laws and rules which govern what their responses mean are posted on the blog and to be convinced that what I’ve said is true a person really needs to look at that stuff. But the Cliff’s Notes version is what I posted above.
I don’t expect that most people are willing to wade through all the details. But I do expect serious journalists to do so, and to come out with a concise summary of what these HDOH communications mean. They are ALL unwilling to do so.

You do realize that by the ordinary rules of English grammar that sentence is making a distinction between the "child of an alien""born in the country" and "natural born child of a citizen"? They are both citizens, and both by birth, but that sentence is saying, they are not the same thing. The child of the citizen is "natural born" while the child of the alien is "just a much a citizen".
The Court ruled " a child born in the United States ... becomes at the time of his birth a citizen of the United States."
Not a natural born citizen, a citizen, period.
Maybe they are unwilling to do so because there are too many links of “this means that” as opposed to a clear cut confirmation.
