Money talks.
Crony capitalism, through and through.
What a stupid piece....
Interesting.
So if one were to put on the tin-foil hat, and one were disgusted, one might drift into thoughts like:
BP made sure their butts were covered before Obama made the push to control oil, help Soros/Petrobas, and raise prices to push “green”...
so.....????...regulations, according to this administration, must use a weegie board in order to enforce regs on the books...????
Done under Obama ! Obama’s fault. He did it on purpose so he can have an excuse to ban offshore drilling.
Spewing >~$1,000,000 of oil a day is not likely part of BP’s business plan.
hmm...seems the only thing leaking faster than the oil are embarrasing revelations on how the Obama Administration has handled this
The real facts need to be stated here. The Federal Government was responsible for having “Fire Booms” ready to prevent any environmental problem. They did not. The Clinton administration had originally responsibility and failed. The Bush administration did not correct the problem. Neither did the Obama administration. If “Fire Booms” were available, there would be virtually no oil slick at all.
This is what happens when the government is made responsible. If the private sector had been made responsible for the “Fire Booms” with each Gulf oil well contributing to a fund to cover the cost, they would have been available and this whole mess would have been avoided. This is the real lesson to be learned from this disaster. Depend on government all the time and they won’t be there when you really need them.
I knew it! ObamaCo is in bed with Big Oil!
What about BP contributions to the Illegal’s cap & tax scheme?
Landrieu was one of BPs highest dollar recipients.
...follow the money, huh Jack Squat Barry....?
Obama and his Big Oil buddies.
Same charge thrown @ Bush for all those years. Howz it feel, zer0?
The buck stops with Obama. It’s his fault.

OK, this is possibly tainted, but sometimes stuff just happens. The oil business is dangerour and difficult, especially in deep water. Boone Pickens was on Fox News today and for once I agreed with him. The host asked him how this could happen, and Boone said that accidents happen. It’s been a long time since we’ve had one, and this is not a perfect world.
Every disaster does not presuppose a villain.
