He had $100 dollar bills to buy a car, and had $100 bills to board a plane, I wouldn’t say he is all that poor. Those propane tanks, the fertilizer is expensive.

People in Shelton are going to be shocked to find out they’re a “gritty suburb of Bridgeport”.

The MSM struggles to “understand” the plight of the poor sad bomber.

Nary a mention of jihad motivation.

If he had been a white guy, the MSM would be running nonstop documentaries tying him to the tea party movement and white racist hate groups.

... normally a ticket to a prosperous future.

And then along came "hope and change". Obama happens.

Let’s say it all together: “It’s all our fault. If we had just been friends with him, he would never have done this. We should all feel guilty.”

In February 2009, he obtained a $65,000 home equity loan from Wachovia Bank. And on April 17, 2009, he became a U.S. citizen in a ceremony before a federal magistrate at the U.S. courthouse in Bridgeport.

But two months later, in June 2009, he quit the job he had held for three years. That month, he, his wife, and their children — a girl about 4 and a boy about 1 — walked away from their home in Shelton.” So I assume he quit his job to spend more time training for his terror debut———

The University of Bridgeport can't be much of a institution higher learning . I don't have a degree in business administration and I know it is too risky to take on a mortgage I can't handle.

Perhaps this bomber should have blown up these liberals houses and destroyed their lives, see if they go “awwwwwwwwwwwwww poor guy he struggled with a mortgage and had family problems” Cry me an f’n river..he is a TERRORIST who wanted to kill thousands of people..screw these liberal jackasses, they don’t give a damn about human life unless it affects one of their own, and maybe even then they don’t care

How can American reportes write such sympathethic crap like this about a terrorist? Oh, they write for the LA Times. Okay. Now I understand. Sorry I asked.

I knew it was really Bush’s fault. Somehow, some way, I knew it was.

Unspoken of is the Jihadist motivation behind his acts.

Unspoken of is the blistering heat, seering pain and blazing death on the sidewalk had that bomb gone off as planned.

The writer of this story should be sentenced to cleaning toilets for 30 years.

http://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424052748703866704575224451665380256.html

Mr. Shahzad is the son of retired Air Vice Marshall Baharul Haq, a former top Pakistani air force officer and deputy director general of the civil aviation authority, according to Kifyat Ali, a cousin of Mr. Shahzad’s father. Mr. Ali, who spoke to the Associated Press, said Mr. Shahzad “was never linked to any political or religious party here” in Peshawar.

Not exactly from an impoverished family.

Yes it was all the economic downturn and societies fault he tried to blow up Times Square. We shouldn’t lay blame on the poor boy.

This has to be the stupidest premise for a personal interest story as well as being one of the dumbest stories I have ever read. Oh poor baby! It lowers the IQ just imagining people might believe it.
