Hi guys! Let me toss a piece of red meat out there right off the bat.
Fox News reported a little while ago that the Department of Justice is holding a closed door meeting today with a small group of activists who are opposed to the Arizona immigration law, and want DOJ to “slap down” Arizona over this law.
Polling of actual Arizona legal residents has been running around 70% in support of the law.

What about those fire booms?
It appears that the government may not have followed their own plans and regulations put in place back in 1994 to help prevent oil spills from reaching shore. The ‘In-Situ Burn’ plan was designed to burn surface oil on the water before it made its way to the shore, damaging sensitive environmental areas. Obama’s pattern of dissing cops
The President spoke today about the failed bomb attempt in Times Square, and he gave a very special shout out to the police who did such a fine job. The compliment comes with a grain of salt, of course, because it seems that most of the time the President feels the police are acting stupidly, racist or both. Obama’s Predator drones
The president made a funny the other night at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner about how if anyone, like the Jonas Brothers, gets near his daughters, he’ll send the drones. Plus, the state of Pennsylvania released this creepy commercial that seemed to insinuate the state would bomb your house if you didn’t pay taxes. Gore’s $9 million mansion
Al Gore once promised to dump all the climate related money he made back into the climate. Technically he’s keeping the promise, as he just bought another mansion. This $9 million monster probably does put a lot back into the climate. Don’t worry, Al probably planted a lot of trees to off-set the house…or something like that.
