Muddy waters poured over the banks of Nashville's swollen Cumberland River on Monday... The death toll from the weekend storms climbed to 28 people in three states.
The rapidly rising waters led to the deaths of 17 people in Tennessee alone, including 10 in Nashville, and officials feared that the death toll could increase. Officials announced the latest deaths late Monday after receding flood waters revealed six more bodies...

where is the presidente and fema??????
Yes but it will a big part of fallback country.
Prayers for all who are affected by this disaster.
Nashville is fly-over country. Doesn’t exist to the coasties.
Meanwhile Algore is nowhere near his “home state” he is in his new mega-mansion in California.
I don’t think the President has even mentioned this tragedy yet.
Check this out, it is in news/activism. Hopefully you all will receive recognition and help soon.

It’s about time the State officials start YELLING “OBAMA, WHERE ARE YOU?”!!!!!!!
I find it hard to believe that anyone would be dying in this flood. Don’t people watch out for each other anymore??
geeze - give the poor guy some time - yesterday was Sunday- isn't that his golf day?
and then wasn't he finally going to take a look at the oil thingy today -
he'll get around to this - someday
(He's just lucky his name isn;t Bush)
The MSM would be in full orgasm with the Gulf oil leakage and the floods if Bush were still in the White House.

Barack Obama doesn’t care about white people.
Actually I believe they did! TN has had an attempt ongoing for a takeover by progressives. I pray if nothing else, this shows them the folly in that.
Nashville is such a beautiful city, and it is a shame, but the loss of life is heartbreaking.
I don’t think it is as big as New Orleans. That is why I am sure that FEMA is not involved. Nashville is having some flooding but not to the extent that New Orleans went through. i have not heard of the entire football stadium beings filled.
Several thoughts on this. Does this mean Obama hates blacks, whites and latinos? We really don’t need FEMA to come in and screw things up like they did in New Orleans. If he wants to send in the Army he can do that to distribute water and protect downtown.
You won’t see Tennesseans wading through water with cases of beer or basketball goals.
