Several thoughts on this. Does this mean Obama hates blacks, whites and latinos? We really don’t need FEMA to come in and screw things up like they did in New Orleans. If he wants to send in the Army he can do that to distribute water and protect downtown.

That’s true. My sister and brother in law live in Tennessee...they are pretty self-reliant as a whole (Tennesseans).
I’ve noticed the lack of looting & moaning and groaning (and some people have every reason to do so). It did seem that maybe “some” wanted to place blame on the Corp of Engineers for some of the flooding because they released water from the dams. However, I’m not sure what else they (the Corps) could do?
