One of the constitutional requirements for the office of the presidency is that he be a "natural born citizen." This was put into place by the founders to keep foreigners or persons who do not bear a non-questionable allegiance to the US Constitution out. Obviously, and admittedly Barack Hussein Obama was born to a foreign citizen and is not 100% American. He's half-American, half-African and all Marxist. He obviously bears no allegiance whatsoever to the US Constitution and is working overtime to destroy it. He's a usurper and should be removed from office. He is exactly the kind of fraud/usurper the founders feared.

It doesn’t seem like it, rtbwood. Justice Thomas has already stated that the NBC issueis being avoided, and it clearly is. I personally support the efforts of the states to pass laws that ensure Obama or anyone else cannot run for president again without proving such, however it seems like Arizona dropped it. I do not expect that Obama can be removed from office prior to 2012 by any legal means.
this vexing problem has distilled for me in this way:
—the Dems carefully laid out a narrative that included all necessary info. to inform the public that BHO is not natural born.
—we the public missed it because we did not know our own laws or proper redress.
—few attempted to stop the process but were easily stonewalled.
—election happened—BHO won—we all lost our standing at that point, due to negligence. Basically, our ignorance of law said that we don’t care whether the law is followed or not. Sarah Palin, and John McCain even more so, have less standing than average Americans! This is why all court cases fail. This is why no elected official will touch the issue...if they do, they essentially become complicit to the fraud.
Current recourse:
—federal student loan fraud is major! Those who have the capability to get to the bottom of this have something to work with.
—treason by action. If it could be proven that the actions he is taking while executing the office of the President are treasonous, he could be removed. Perhaps the knowledge that he was “trusted” by the American people despite “knowledge” of his unqualified state should hold him to a higher standard regarding executing the office??? Cap and Trade could qualify.
—prove a lie in the original narrative. This would say the American people were purposefully deceived. Kenyan not his real father? No actual marriage of parents and mother under age status does not give citizenship? Various names as identity and the implication of those names? Worked for the CIA? Intentional deception for the purpose of gaining power and authority—not good. Impeach.
—In Nov. swamp both houses with Republicans and stop his agenda, while at the same time putting laws in place in states that make this fraud impossible in the future and then lose him in 2012.
The last option is where I am focused. My 2 cents, for what it is not worth.

Please refresh my memory: weren't the Democrats saying it was electronic voting that cost them the 2000 and 2004 elections; that Halliburton/Sequoia Systems owned all the machines and they were rigged?
So why would they be enamoured of the idea of electronic voting now?
It's not really the dual citizenship, it's the fact that his father was not a US citizen. The fact that his father's country recognized him aa it's citizen/subject, matters not.
They are already fixed the way Obama wants ours fixed.
Think about it.
For me, the thing that makes the eligibility issue so alluring is what you get for winning ie. proving him ineligible in a court. You get Obama but, by association, you also get Pelosi and everyone who accepted him as certified when they knew he wasn’t. The country needs to see the system work because it hasn’t for a long time. The constitution needs to be adhered to, not just part of the time but all of the time. The country also needs to get a whole lot of people out of positions of authority as quickly as possible. There are only two ways to do that and one of them is to succeed at proving Obama to be ineligible and having him removed from office. The USA needs a great big enema and the point of entry is the White House.
Actually Orly Taitz was granted standing (maybe not exact terminology) to enjoin one of the lawsuits re the constitutionality of the healthcare bill.
I am almost sure she was denied. Have to check.

Boiled down to it’s essence, here are the questions that SHOULD be asked by voters and the media, and DESERVED an answer from the president.
1. In “Dreams of My Father”, Barak Obama stated that his father was a Kenyan. At the time, his mother was VERY young, and there is doubt as to whether Barak Obama was a “Natural Born Citizen”, under Hawaii and US law in 1961. The President should be open and the press and the legal community should fully address the “Natural Born Citizen” Clause of the US Constitution. As President, Barak Obama should be FULLY cooperative in examining his basic qualification as a “Natural Born” US citizen.
2. As part of question #1, the birthplace of Barak Obama becomes much more important. Due to claims by Obama’s own extended family in Kenya, the place of the president’s birthplace should be firmly established. The president has NO REASON to be hesitant in establishing his bona fide qualifications to be President of the United States.
These 2 questions are neither onerous nor controversial. We are a nation of laws, and the president, as chief law enforcement officer in the country, should be ready and willing to fully comply with all laws.

Interesting how you emphasize the word ‘born’ when the emphasis should be on the phrase ‘subject to the jurisdiction’. I ask you, is there not still an oath that ALL immigrants must take that includes their renunciation of ALL allegiance to foreign nations? That upon that renunciation, they consent to a complete allegiance to the US? The founders & the constitution never recognized dual citizenship.

Very true.
But if Obama or any of his advisors were to read this thread, I would tell them that given Obama’s position and all the agencies under his control, his efforts to destroy the United States Constitution are actually rather weak.
