Thanks. I didn’t read all the way through the thread, and should have. Regardless of when the video was made, it is disturbing on many levels.

Sheriff Arpaio and his deputies do. I don’t know about anyone else. Most of the city “police” chiefs are trying to figure out new places to set up cameras to catch speeders and red light runners. That’s become quite a fad here in Arizona. Most places now have more speed cameras lining the streets than they have street lights.
