1. Wash with Lava soap.
2. Scrub while washing, and remember to use a wire brush.

It seems to me that your concern and objection is being shared by many, and it is my belief that what this thread needs is one or more "cleansing posts"....posts which, when viewed by normal, healthy people (men in particular) will have the effect of wiping away the horrific imagery that has been injected into the neural landscape.
