Some good points, but Orly consistently offends the courts by ignoring rules of pleading, engaging in meandering arguments without precedent, failing to do adequate research, and utilizing poor grammar.
It may be lamentable, but inattention to detail and a refusal to adhere to the rules impeaches the best legal positions and destroys even decent, let alone marginal, cases.

What?! No reputable attorney wants to be directly associated with Orly Taitz? I'm just shocked.

Orly is eloquent and persistent.
It’s a shame there are so many persistent Obama supporters here on FR.

When a young woman by name Golda Meir set on her quest to build a Jewish state after six million Jews were killed in the Holocaust, many considered her actions quixotic, yet she succeeded and became the mother of the state of Israel. Golda Meir, born Golda Mabovitch (Ukrainian: Голда Мабович) and her husband moved to Palistine in 1921, well before the Holocaust. They were Zionists, and were working towards a Jewish state pretty much from even before they moved from the US. (She was a Ukranian Jew, having come to the US with her mother to join her father who had come earlier).
If anyone should know this, it's Orly, who herself came to the US from the Soviet Union, via Israel.
1914 photo of Meir in Milwaukee. She's have been about 16.
