Some good points, but Orly consistently offends the courts by ignoring rules of pleading, engaging in meandering arguments without precedent, failing to do adequate research, and utilizing poor grammar.

It may be lamentable, but inattention to detail and a refusal to adhere to the rules impeaches the best legal positions and destroys even decent, let alone marginal, cases.

All very true and undeniable. However, even if Orly was a modern Clarence Darrow...the courts would still not let things go forward. It is either conspiracy, cowardice, or politics that is the root cause this isn’t moved forward.
