Today The Post & Email welcomed back Dr. James David Manning, Ph.D., to speak about the upcoming Columbia University Treason and Sedition Trial which he is conducting in Harlem, NY, from May 14-19, 2010. Dr. Manning reports that he has documented evidence that Barack Hussein Obama II is not a “natural born Citizen” as required by the U.S. Constitution to be President of the United States, and that Obama also did not attend Columbia University from 1981-83 as Obama has claimed.
RONDEAU: In your most recent video, you stated that a highly-placed government official will be testifying at the trial. How did you get him to agree to testify, and will he be there in person or submitting something written?
MANNING: Right now, we are anticipating at least two government officials will testify.
RONDEAU: And are they in government now or were they past employees of the federal government?
MANNING: One is in government now, and one is a past employee.

RONDEAU: During the trial, do you expect that evidence will come out that specifically points to Obama being ineligible for the presidency, or is your evidence focused strictly on the Columbia University issue?
MANNING: The trial, at present, is being structured by me, as a prosecutor, in three phases. Phase One will demonstrate unequivocally with proof, with documentation, with statements, with a plethora of evidence that Obama is indeed not a natural born Citizen. That would be the objective, and we will have evidence that will substantiate that at least 12 different acceptable ways. From there, we will demonstrate that since he isn’t natural born, he violates the U.S. Constitution. That’s No. 1.

My response to these comments is that a treaty is negotiated by the executive branch and then ratified by the senate. So at least you have a legitimate branch of the government involved in one aspect of a new treaty.

Would be kind of nice to have both legitimate,though.
A treaty would not be valid if it was not signed by the President.
So if the President is not a real president, then any treaty he signs will not be valid, any more than if the cleaning lady snuck in to the office and signed it.
As justice Thomas recently informed us, they are "avoiding" this issue.
The leftys have been incredibly stupid about this. They have thrown around these epithets with such regular and unfounded abandon that the stigma is rapidly dying.

On his web site he never claims to be a natural born citizen, he says he is a “Native Citizen”
For some constitutional lawyer, maybe someone should tell him that there is no “native citizen” in the law that applies to being president.

there is a constitutional provision for a grand jury by the people. It has already been done actually. But there is no enforcement mechanism to enforce the grand jury’s findings.
It is one of those things in the constitution like being a NBC that there just is no enforcement for.
I think our founding fathers envisioned that a civilian grand jury could take place, then with that evidence the police and a superior court would take over. It was probably meant for hamlets or villages that had no local sheriff’s / Marshall’s or courts to deal with crimes.
The citizens would hold a grand jury under rules of law, then present the indictments to “regular” authorities when they could. At that point the “regular” authorities would o their duty in following up on the case. making the arrest and holding a trial.
As i said, there have been citizens grand juries already on this issue and warrants have been issued for Obama’s arrest, but no one will execute the warrants.

Israel should ask. He's trying to force them to surrender their country to the Palestinians. If he's not legitimate, why should Israel agree to anything? He may be loyal to Israels enemies rather than it's allies! No one knows for sure.

Nobody can blackmail him because anyone who matters already KNOWS that he is NOT a natural born citizen. The problem is refusal to act, not lack of proof. It is not necessary to prove that he was born outside the country, the original intent of the founders did not permit a person born to a father who is not a citizen to be considered a “natural born”
citizen. This is known to all who are in a position to do something.
