“Seems to me we impeached the last Rat president for perjury too.”
Unfortunately, however, we didn’t get a conviction. Could happen again, but a big difference is that Bill Clinton’s popularity ratings were stratospheric compared to Obama’s. Thus, while Dems were reluctant to dump their fundraiser-in-chief back then, they may be more than ready to dump the millstone in the WH who is negatively impacting their ability to get re-elected.

It’s not the weight of the evidence that’s important, it’s the seriousness of the charges.

What did the President know and when did he know it?
Hopefully that line will be repeated in a Senate select hearing.

“When will Congress appoint a special prosecutor to investigate?”
That shouldn’t be necessary. I’m sure Eric Holder is drawing up a bill of indictment even as we speak. After all, we were promised “the most ethical administration in history” and I can’t imagine an administration committed to that ideal breaking such a campaign promise...\sarc

“Obama is different from Clinton - more arrogant. This administration will ignore what it does not wish to confront. It will pretend nothing is going on for as long as possible.”
Clinton was like a little boy caught with hand in the candy jar compared to this one. This one probably will have a DSM code named after him before he is through.

Well I guess it will take ABC CNN NBC at least 3 weeks to report on this
They're waiting to see what pops up on AP and Reuters.

Can you imagine the hue and cry in the MSM if something like this happened to the former governor of Alaska?

It amazing that MSNBC is so hands-off when it's one of their own affiliates in a major market who broke the story!
