Blago will, in exchange for a presidential pardon and reduction of sentence to nothing for the time being (and a promise not to implicate Obama) Then, Blago will sue the state of Illinois for back pay.

Well I do not think this will happen.
But to partially answer your question:
If the US wanted a US citizen for a crime (committed in the US) I think they would allow extradition.
BUT (BIG BUT) If said wanted criminal was NOT a US citizen, BUT an Indonesian citizen (went to school there...) I doubt Obama would be allowed extradition as he is Indonesian...

I don’t think that’s going to work at this point... Blago was made to be the “fall guy”, and he’s NOT playing their game any longer. Plus, Obama is becoming too big of a liability for the DNC to sweep this under the rug. This may be their “OUT” (and SCOTUS and our Military’s way OUT as well) in regards to Obama’s eligibility. If he is impeached after being implicated in this, then the issue of his eligibility will simply fade away...

Agreed. Just like the Dems and Clinton covered up the radical Islamic element within the OKC attack, the Dems would blame such on the Tea Party elements — or White Supremacists... whichever plays into their desired script better.
