Because unfortunately control of both political parties have been taken over by statists. Demo-statists are hard-core. GOP statists are soft-core, but supporters of statism, nonetheless..

Why are you so willfully ignorant of what is going on in DC? 41 GOP Senators are the only ones stopping this bill from becoming law.

Why the hell are the MSM always covering for bozo and why does the GOP let them get away with their bias corruption?

Guess it escaped your notice that the MSM are privately owned business. The GOP cannot compel them to do a thing they do not want to do.

Why are you so desperately for some excuse to attack the GOP on every thread? Why are you so utterly unwilling to ever attack the Democrats on anything?

Because the GOP is under the delusion that they will have the power back someday and they would like to have that power too. The GOP is not our friend, they are part of the ruling class. It’s a bad cop good cop routine and we’re the suckers.

You really don’t get it, do you.

The Republicans are as much a part of this as the Democrats. Why, for example, do you think that we saw so many GOP types drop out of the last Presidential Election? 1) they were told what script they would have to follow if they won and 2) they were told they wouldn’t win. McCain was a fall guy. And 2012? Look to notice that Romney will get the nod.....he should, he’s never met an issue he couldn’t waffle on. And if he were to be elected, (and I don’t think he can win), he’d further the agenda of the NWO; maybe not as hard and as fast as BO has, but he’s going to have to play from the same script.

What most haven’t figured out is that this script was written out 50 years ago. All that’s left to be done is to grab some popcorn and watch it play out.

Because the GOP wants the power too.

You all are biting at the bit to usher them into office, no matter what, so what do they have to lose?

All they have to do is sit in the background, watch you all rage, risk absolutely nothing, and wait for their goodies in November.

As of now, 41 Republicans have signed a letter promising to filibuster the bill. Which means it is d...e...a...d.

Nonetheless, Reid proposes to offer the bill -- because he believes they can make political points by having the GOP to filibuster a bill that "brings evil Wall Street under control".

So, they're not "bending over". As to why they're not "talking about it", you answered the question yourself.

Why the hell are the MSM always covering for bozo and why does the GOP let them get away with their bias corruption?

The MSM is NOT going to provide the Republicans with a bullhorn to campaign against the bill. They can call all the poress conferences they want, grant all the interviews they can get. But the MSM isn't going to give them the time of day to argue their point.

After all, it was the MSM who gave us "bozo". And they're still on his side. And the GOP can't do a damn thing about it...

The internet and talk radio are giving ample coverage to the pernicious aspects of this misbegotten bill. That's the best we can expect...

“why is the GOP bending over again?...”

Oh come ON.....we all know..none of us want to deal with the implications...

The Dem-Republican Good Cop-Bad Cop con routine is the longest running, most successful play of that con anywhere in the world.

The real game is DC versus Flyover Country. It does’nt come to an end until all in Flyover Country finally get it. IMHO, they are just starting to wake up

because the GOP loves what the Dems do, like the stimulus money they took.

They talk, but in the end, support all increases in FedZilla power and authority, all the time giving us rubes the impression that they are against all this.

GOP, they’re like the “friend” who never shows up when you need him.

“why is the GOP not talking about this?”

Same with the national Health ID card. I remember when Hillary tried to push her health care plan, the National ID card was a big issue. Nary a peep about this one, and we all will get one now.

I’m beginning to believe the one-worlders.

Looking for “lost” tax revenues to ebay (sales tax and “income”) even though for some it is only an online classified ad or garage sale which never were subject to such taxes.

I would’ve thought that the government was making enough off of ebay with the continued postal price hikes (especially on packages).

why is the GOP not talking about this?

Because a LOT of the Pubbies voted FOR it. The final vote today was 87 "yeas", 4 "nays", and 9 didn't vote.
