Johannesburg - Attackers set a wooden house on fire on a farm near Carolina at the weekend, while a woman and her children were still inside. The armed attackers had tied the door with a piece of wire, trapping the victims inside.
The woman's parents were shot at when they rushed to their aid.
"They were bent on killing us. This had nothing to do with theft," ...
She woke up to the smell of smoke at about 22:00 on Saturday night. She saw the wall and the curtain in her room were in flames.
The attackers had poured diesel on the house before setting it on fire.
De Wet called her parents for help over the two-way radio, which had been installed barely two weeks prior to the attack.

Attempts to contact the police in Carolina, about 12km from the farm, were initially fruitless because they didn't answer their phone.
She then phoned her brother, Jan de Wet jnr, who farms near Belfast.
He rushed to the farm. "When I got there, the shots were still flying," he said. "I yelled at the attackers that I was going to kill them."
He, too, started firing in the direction of the attackers. The shooting then settled down.

Dutch family—their ancestors may have been there for hundreds of years. No matter, I think it’s only a matter of time before the whites are driven out and South Africa goes down the tubes with most of the rest of Africa.

You know what, I think they need to experience some actual racism to realize how good they had it under whites. I know I’m fed up.
Boers used to have the chutzpah to defend themselves. In this case, they need to set up a defensive organization that will come running when there is an event like this.
Since there is intent to murder, there should be no hesitation to kill the attackers.
The issue should be what to do with the bodies of attackers once they are killed? I would suggest that they “disappear” with no notification to the corrupt authorities. Then there should be no admission that an attack ever took place.
This will have a strong psychological effect on the attackers, because it denies them both knowledge and “martyrs” to their murderous cause. Hopefully, the organization that killed the attackers will remain unknown as well, for as long as possible.
The value for doing things this way is that such attackers are fairly rare types, both violent and cowardly. They seek to attack from ambush, or against those they see as helpless. They do not want to fight armed men, or in situations that put themselves at risk.
It might even serve to set up an ambush to catch such rogues. Set up a farmhouse that would be their ideal target, allegedly full of Boer women and children, that is in fact a large kill zone. After going to some lengths to let the villains know a window in which it will be defenseless, set up observation posts for when they show up.
Everything about the attack should be cleaned after the fact, to include vehicles, shell casings, and there should be no enemy survivors, much less bodies. The villains should go on their raid, and just disappear into thin air.

There is some anecdotal evidence that younger white adults are leaving South Africa to make a life elsewhere. With this happening, the non-white share of population will keep growing. The ANC leaders of South Africa are Marxist in their leanings, and are probably looking to Zimbabwe as a model of how to get rid of perceived inequities in society. In Zimbabwe, most white farmers have been forced off the land. Look for the same to happen in South Africa as an official policy. Call it their version of reparations. And such policies will increase white out-migration. The end game will not be pretty.
