MONTICELLO, Iowa Planned Parenthood has closed its Monticello Health Center, according to a company press release.
The center closed its doors April 2, said Jenifer Vick, spokesperson for Planned Parenthood of East Central Iowa. The decision to close the Monticello center was made to help focus resources more efficiently at Planned Parenthood locations in Cedar Rapids and Dubuque, according to the release.
Planned Parenthood opened the Monticello center in March 2008.
another one for your list.
There are PP clinics in Iowa?
I didn’t know there were ghettos in Iowa.
I guess - with taxpayer money - you can operate anywhere.
Amen!
I live near Dubuque, in Wisconsin. There’s a major push to get rid of the PP facility in Dubuque.
This press release sounds suspiciously like a politician retiring “to spend more time with the family.”
Thank you God!
Thank God.

I don’t know about ghettos but they certainly have universities with fertile co-eds.

that’s true, thankfully the NJ Governor cut the state portion of planned parenthood funding. However, we have religious, pro-life congressmen who vote for the big labor and health bill every year, and it is that bill that contains the title X funding attached to it. Even with a democrat congress and president, the evangelical and catholic, religious, pro-life congressmen still vote for title x.. I just can’t understand it..
Don’t kid yourself. It isn’t just poor “ghetto people” having abortions. The pro-death message is as mainstream as you can get.
