The nominee will be very very liberal. It’s only a question of how radical they are. And, we’ll see what minority group this person belongs to. She may be an open lesbian, for example. She may be a member of some other ethnic minority. “He”, if it’s a man, can only be nominated if he’s a member of an ethnic minority. The only way a caucasian man can be nominated is if he is openly homosexual.

Whatever the case, the nominee will probably be historic, the first of some allegedly oppressed minority group on the high court.
