PHOENIX (AP) -- The Arizona House on Monday voted for a provision that would require President Barack Obama to show his birth certificate if he hopes to be on the state's ballot when he runs for re-election.
The House voted 31-22 to add the provision to a separate bill. The measure still faces a formal vote.

I am making the assumption that Obama didn't attempt to get a passport with a scanned image published on the internet.
It just might be possible that there aren't any amendments.
The ‘scanned image’ on the Internet is not an image of a valid CoLB if it were actually for Barry from Hawaii ... but then you’ve had the ‘amended’ factor explained to you many times yet you ignore the realities in favor of posting deceit.

Hmm - I see what you mean, the real seal is round while Obama's is not. The circle of dots is distinctive while those on Obama's run together and are blurry, same thing going on with the type and outer circle.
Was the same equipment used to make both impressions? Were both images produced by the same scanner, at the same resolution, with the same settings? Are both images the same generation?
Without the answers to those questions, the evidence is meaningless.
The "amended factor" is speculation.
A reality is something that actually exists or did exist, not speculation.
I agree there is deceit going on and it ain't commin from me. Some people know their claims are false, like Polarik's morphing resume, and others place too much faith in the wrong place.
I see you didn’t come up with a raised seal from an Hawaiian COLB that is the same as the Obama forged seal. This graphic has been out in the public Internet for about a year and a half and you Obots have yet to come up with a match. The obvious answer is that Obama’s Certification of Live Birth is a forgery.

“This is a question that has been answered exhaustively,” White House spokesman Bill Burton told CNN. “I can’t imagine Arizona voters think their tax dollars are well served by a legislature that is less focused on their lives than in fringe right-wing radio conspiracy theories.”
Here is the BIG Question — why is the White House not saying,
“We welcome the decision by the State of Arizona to require that anyone including the President, who wishes to run for a State or Federal Office in Arizona to prove their birth
in the United States of America. This action is imperative so as to assure all Americans that those who seek public office in the Federal or State arena, should be required to produce documentation, including a long form birth certificate. Should the President decide to run for a 2nd term, such certificate will be presented to the appropriate authorities in the State of Arizona.

And, in doing so, they reveal the truth. We've known all along that Barry can't prove his constitutional eligibility. The nasty statements by his henchmen prove that he can't.
As you said, their proper response to this bill should have been a relaxed welcome of this tightened scrutiny, if their boss is indeed what he claims to be.
I agree the seals do not match. I doubt that I will ever find a seal that matches the distorted image from Obama's CoLB because it is distorted. To issue a challenge to find a match indicates that you do not understand some basic concepts or worse, that YOU are deliberately engaged in an attempt at misdirection.

In my previous blog entry, "Bad Science: How Not To Do Image Analysis", I debunked the work of an anonymous troll who called himself "TechDude". TechDude used a sample biased, false data, and artifacts created by his own tools to conclude that the Obama certificate of live birth (COLB) was fake. TechDude also used false credentials (he impersonated another person) in order to sound authoritative. Following my public critique of his report and outing of the impersonation, TechDude vanished. Even his strongest supporter, "Texas Darlin", pulled all of TechDude's reports from her blog. TechDude was a fraud and used bad science to support a false conspiracy.
Today, there is only one person who continues to propagate the "COLB is fake" conspiracy. He calls himself "Ron Polarik" (an anonymous pseudonym -- not his real name), and he also uses bad science to support his claims.
Why do you think the FactCheck experts did not get a clear photo of the seal?
Why is the color of the safty paper like off white, tan or brown, and not green like the safty paper the scan jpeg fake image?

How about you get Obama to quit behaving like a criminal and show that COLB of his who you guys say is a genuine and unaltered document to a controlling authority? How about Obama authorize Hawaii's DoH to let the press see his bona fides on record in their possession?
No other presidential candidates wiil have problems in submitting affidavits stating they are natural born citizens in 2012 and attach their birth certificates with the affidavits to the state of Arizona. Will they Obot?
