PHOENIX (AP) -- The Arizona House on Monday voted for a provision that would require President Barack Obama to show his birth certificate if he hopes to be on the state's ballot when he runs for re-election.

The House voted 31-22 to add the provision to a separate bill. The measure still faces a formal vote.

Justice Gray shows us that Wong ARK would only be native born and NOT natural born.

No he doesn't. Nothing in the quote you cited even remotely suggests that.

You appear to be sorely lacking in your reading comprehension skills. Have you ever thought of going back to school?

Curiosity, your are the nimrod here. It has been pointed out by many FReepers before that you lack understanding. Gee, I’ve got a sheepskin hanging somewhere. I’ll bet my grades are a lot better than Obutt Obama who you shill for.

Yes, it would be interesting.

It would be huge.

All is required is one state.

At this time, many (most?) think that Obama has shown his papers. Personally, I stay away a bit from the “birther” thing. But if Obama isn’t on the ballot because he doesn’t show his papers, it kinda proves that he didn’t show his papers. It proves the “birthers” right.

It would make great tv, watching the media try to explain why Obama is not on the ballot in a state, without mentioning at all Obama’s papers.

Somehow you missed this passage:

No. Didn't miss it. The rule in question established persons to be natural born subjects. This doesn't say anything about anyone being a natural born citizen nor does it say anything about making anyone a citizen.

Re: You even admit that the law firm was working to defend Obama from legal entanglements with Rod Blagojevich.

Not only do I deny your alleged "admission," my post doesn't even reference Rod whateverhisnameis.

It's one thing to defend your Obamamessiah. It is another thing to misrepresent me.

But, then again, that's' what you Obots do, isn't it?

Almost two years ago Obama posted on the internet the only proof of birth that he will ever need to show. The Hawaii Certification of Live Birth is used to get a passport and it contains all the information that the US Constitution requires in order to be eligible to be president.
For those who still maintain that his COLB is fraudulent or forged, let any prosecuting attorney in the nation charge him with forgery or fraud and conduct a Grand Jury investigation which would allow his original birth documents to be subpoenaed without his permission.
The state of Hawaii has verified his birth documents on July 27, 2009:
“I, Dr. Chiyome Fukino, director of the Hawaii State Department of Health, have seen the original vital records maintained on file by the Hawaii State Department of Health verifying Barack Hussein Obama was born in Hawaii and is a natural-born American citizen. I have nothing further to add to this statement or my original statement issued in October 2008 over eight months ago.”

Just last week Chief US Federal District Judge Royce Lamberth (an appointee of Ronald Reagan) said the following in dismissing Orly Taitz’s quo warranto lawsuit against Obama in “Taitz v Obama”:
“This is one of several such suits filed by Ms. Taitz in her quixotic attempt to prove that President Obama is not a natural born citizen as required by Constitution. See U.S. CONST. art. II, § 1. This Court is not willing to go tilting at windmills with her.”

A three judge panel of the Indiana Court of Appeals said the following: “Based upon the language of Article II, Section 1, Clause 4 and the guidance provided by [U.S. v] Wong Kim Ark (1898), we conclude that persons born within the borders of the United States are “natural born Citizens” for Article II, Section 1 purposes, regardless of the citizenship of their parents. Just as a person “born within the British dominions [was] a natural-born British subject” at the time of the framing of the U.S. Constitution, so too were those “born in the allegiance of the United States natural-born citizens.”—Indiana Court of Appeals, Ankeny et. al. v The Governor of Indiana, Mitch Daniels, Nov. 12, 2009
The Supreme Court of Indiana refused to hear an appeal of this decision.
The US Supreme Court has rejected seven Obama eligibility lawsuits.
The scordcard in Obama eligibility lawsuits in local, county, state and federal courts all over the nation is Obama: 69/anti-Obama plaintiffs: 0 with 5 lawsuits pending, filed or on appeal. There is no Obama eligibility lawsuit on the US Supreme Court’s docket for 2010.

LOL. Are you really that ignorant? The only difference between the two terms is that one is used in a monarchy, and the other in a republic.

The point of the passage, obvious to anyone with a reading level above the 5th grade, is that the United States uses the same rules for determining who is a natural born citizen as the English used for determining who is a natural born subject

And apples are round, and so are oranges, so we can call them all apples.

Makes JUST as much sense.

I’m surprised you can post such idiocy and not be burned up with shame.

If you could end all of this by simply showing some papers, why don't you?

When it becomes politically expedient for Obama to show his birth certificate, he'll show his birth certificate, probably on the Jay Leno show and make a big joke out of it.

Right now, with people like Orly Taitz getting disinvited from tea parties, it's politically expedient for him not to show his birth certificate, to keep the conspiracy going, to link birthers to his opposition and force conservative leaders to make embarrassing public statements on the issue.

Yes. It is quite true. The United States of America does not strip its citizens from their citizenship without giving them a voice. An expatriate child has every right to affirm their American citizenship — but they only have 6 months in which to do so. Look it up. You pretend to be smart. You can find it.

Read the divorce records again:

Item II - 5. “husband has not contributed to support of wife and children since 1974...”

Item III. “oldest child in university.”

Child/children that's your lover-man, King Obama.

Cut and pasted from the link you provided...
(Scoll up one page)

And Bauer landed the mother of all accounts -- Obama’s presidential campaign -- even before the campaign officially began, which led to his being appointed this year to the coveted position of lead counsel for the Democratic National Committee, a position that also made him the lawyer for Obama’s political network, Organizing for America.

Plus, he represents Obama and his family in personal matters, such as the federal investigation of disgraced former Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich, but Bauer's number one priority is to keep Obama's bona fides hidden from the American People.

The bottom of the blog has "Copyright Beckwith". I assume you are responsible for the content.

it’s plainly obvious to everyone who isn’t making excuses for Obama.<>br>
And there certainly a fair sprinkling of Obama's acolytes on this thread.

You are truly brain-dead.

Robert Bauer is extremely well known as Obama’s “eligibility lawyer.”

You've had your head so far up the anointed one’s posterior for so long you are denying reality.

You are definitely a piece of work. I hope Obama appreciates your slavish loyalty.

The problem for you is that, adoption or no adoption, there is no provision under the laws in effect at the time under which Obama would have been expatriated.

Read the divorce records again:

Yup. Looked at them. I see no mention of any adoption. Where do you see it?

You even display your ignorance of the copyright law, and “fair use” clause of Title 17, Sec. 107 of the U.S. Code.

You are an amateur.

Nope. That would be you.

Yes. He also represents him in all sorts of other matters. Therefore, the fact that Obama paid him a sum in no way proves it was for the purposes of birther lawsuits. The bulk of the funds could very easily have been used for other matters.

Given that the amount of work actually done by Bauer in the birther lawsuits is tiny, I'd say it's a pretty good bet very litlle, if any, of the total paid to him had anything to do with birthers.
