"Kenyan Minister Khalwale Asks When Obama Will Repatriate Himself"
The following transcript is of an April 14, 2010 debate on the floor of the Kenyan National Assembly. The question under discussion concerns the repatriation of Kenyan artifacts which were removed from the country by colonialists. The Ministers want to know what is being done to return the artifacts, or failing their return, how and when Kenya will be compensated for their loss. They argue that museums in the US and elsewhere have earned money on these artifacts, thus those countries are indebted to Kenya. Importantly, in 2006, when Barack Obama visited Kenya, strategized with, and campaigned on behalf of Raila Odinga, the Senator also promised to help with the return of artifacts to Kenya or to seek financial compensation.
The most amazing question asked on the floor is by Dr. Bonny Khalwale, of the Ikolomani Constituency, and concerns the "repatriation" of Barack Obama! Dr. Khalwale's remarks are highlighted in red in one of the paragraphs below the fold.
Dr. Khalwale: Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Minister has told us that the office of the then Senator Obama gave him a lot of assistance. That is very good to hear. Could he tell us what commitment the same office made by way of compensation to this country because those artefacts in those museums have been attracting visitors who were paying to view them? What commitment did they make about compensation and more importantly, the biggest artefact in the USA today that belongs to this country is one Barrack Obama. How does he intend to repatriate himself or part of the money that is realized from all the royalties that he is attracting across the whole world?

Sounds like the Kenyans are getting poed that barry won’t admit his birthplace...as if he is ashamed of them. This is a matter of pride for them.

Sounds as though the bloom is off the rose in Kenya. What’s so great about having a Kenyan in the White House if he doesn’t pay any attention to or give money to his “home country”?
They sound as though they consider they are owed something by their compatriot; a bit irritated, feeling neglected. I’m sure and certain higher ups in Kenya have copies of *everything* needed to prove his Kenyan birth, if indeed he was born there.

There was a story, appearing on the internet relating to the Mosque in Mombasa, Kenya from the days when it was part of the British colonial empire. The story stated that since Obamas’ father, a British/Kenyan was a Muslim, that the Imam of the local mosque recorded all Islamic births in its Islamic jurisdiction. The Imam died in the ensuing years. His son became the next Imam, and either during the Obama campaign in the US, or after he was elected, the Imam fled from Mombasa, taking the mosque birth records of Obama with him to London, where he turned them over to the British Govt.
No more of the story has appeared on the internet. The Kenyan mosque record angle must have been pursued by others as well, given the world-wide interest in the issue.
Maybe they'll verify the birth certificate obtained by Inspector Smith.
well, knock me over with a feather, I almost fell off my chair laughing...but it's dead serious, isn't it? Someone in Kenya remembers the hundreds killed in the 'unrest' prior to the elections, the people burned to death in the church, the quarter of a million displaced...thanks to Raila Odinga and his supporter, the then Senator Obama.

What’s interesting to me is that for the past two years or so, it’s almost as if Kenya doesn’t exist. There is NOTHING about Kenya in the American press.
Wouldn’t you think that with all their love for Obama, they’d be running some stories about the wonderful country of Kenya, from which his ancestors came?
As far as I have seen, NOTHING. The only stories about Kenya are to be found on conservative blogs, or Birther websites, or news media from other countries.
It could be that I’v missed something, but I doubt it.
I wonder if Khalwale would testify in a court of law about Obama’s birthplace?

We have stated earlier that Barack Obama was born in Mombasa, Kenya. A confirmation to the effect will now be forthcoming. A Mombasa Mosque Imam
has decided to release documents of birth that will indicate Barack Obama was born in Mombasa, given his middle name on the day he was born and blessed by the Imam of the day.”
All other documents pertaining to his registration of birth in Kenya have been sealed and categorised confidential.

The Imam who came forward to assist in the search of Barack Obama’s identity left Kenya secretly last night, and will arrive in the UK this morning. He will meet with a US contact person who will assist him in recording an
asylum statement in the UK after handing over the documents that caused the blessing of Obama when he was born and to confirm the origin of the name Hussein. The man will join relatives in the UK because his life will be in danger if
he were to return to Kenya after removing the documents from the Mosque’s archives and taking them out of the country. The man has been informed about the on-going case filed in the US Supreme Court by attorney Philip Berg
challenging Barack Obama’s citizenship. When the man heard that Jerome Corsi was in Kenya a few months ago, he took
a decision to try and meet him, but had to travel back to Mombasa from Nairobi on hearing that Corsi had been bundled and taken to the airport on deportation orders.
The Imam is the grandson of the late Imam who blessed Barack Obama when he was born in Mombasa on the 4th of august 1961. While in the UK, the Imam and the American contact person will visit Amnesty International before handing himself over to the authorities where he will
formally deliver his application for asylum. The contact man has arranged so that they get an official from Amnesty international to accompany them to the home office desk where he will inform them on he dangers that will face
him if he were to return to Kenya after delivering the documents on Obama. This may now bring to close the speculations on Obama’s citizenship and the
secrecy on where he was born. API will dispatch a detailed letter in support of the Imam’s - application
for asylum and protection - to the UK Home Office Secretary later today. The letter will be made available on the site here, but minus the names ofthe Imam.

I somewhat doubt that he was born in Kenya, but I don’t doubt that he said he was from Kenya to get cred and get elected. We know nothing about this guy. He’s probably Kenyan or Indonesian in Occidental College, Columbia and Harvard records, something we’ll never see. Louis Cypher.
