Photos from Cincinnati Tea Party event held on University of Cincinnati campus , April 15, 2010. photos by timestax. I arrived there late due to the large amount of cars and people heading to the Tea Party event, causing traffic jambs around Taft and Corry Streets, and Jefferson Ave.

There were just as many people in lobby buying/eating food, and buying Tea Party clothing , etc.

The Cincinnati Tea Party rented an arena from the University of Cincinnati. There was a group of college republicans in attendance.

It was SRO (standing room only) on the side of arena I was at!

Did it attract any protestors — or did you manage to keep them out?

There were about 6 or 7 protesters outside and I saw 3 people that looked like they might have been protesters being escorted from the arena.

One protester had a sign that said “ I hate crowds” and another had a sign saying”All your base are belong to us” I thought they were actually pretty funny. There were a couple of offensive signs.
