Obviously Obama's not going to say anything about this. First of all he doesn't know anyone who was there. But, we digress into meaningless platitudes ~ let's look at Bill Clinton. He's out there today saying this all reminds him of the day a mad bomber blew up the Murragh Building.

Bill Clinton LOVES mad bombers. He pardoned a whole big bunch of them as I recall.

When he did that any denials he had that he'd worked with Tim McVeigh to blow up a federal building just went out the window ~ the man cannot be believed.

This business of as yet unidentified political activists beating up young people attending a political event sounds so terribly Clintonian I think it's inescapable to arrive at the conclusion that HE DID IT, and if he didn't, his WIFE did it.

Everyone needs to be careful out there. In many ways we're getting closer to the situation in 1850’s Kansas.

I don’t understand the cloak of silence about this story. Gov. Jindal has been silent. If you were an employer of someone who was attacked or even if the person was just volunteering on your behalf, wouldn’t you be out front and insist that the truth be told? Silence about this incident (and now it appears there was more than one) will only make it likely that more attacks will occur.

The only reason for silence that comes to mind is fear for the safety of victims or witnesses or Jindal himself. It’s tough, but courage is necessary to prevent future occurrences. People deserve to know the truth for their own safety.

The people that did this know that it was reported and is being investigated. Keeping it quiet has no investigative benefit, in fact, it inhibits the investigation as potential witnesses may not know what they witnessed and might not know they need to come forward.

More like the Fugitive Slave Law of 1850. That precipitated ARMED resistance in Northern states ~ and many bounty hunting slave catchers ended up in many an apple orchard.

“He’s out there today saying this all reminds him of the day a mad bomber blew up the Murragh Building.”

And why doesn’t “all this” remind Bill Clinton of the Weather Underground and Bill Ayers?

Of course it is politically motivated, done by Rahm Manual and Eric Holder operatives, They have such cadres all over our country charged with obscuring presidential history , and his criminal clients he represeted in Chicago.

I also believe that they even have a hit squad. Remember Lietenant Quarles Harris Jr was whacked for his knowledge of what was in the Obama Dept of state files, and he was a witness in an investigation. No leads in his murder either.

These acts of violence against Republican conservatives will increase, especially against fund raisers and infrastructure, knowing that we will defend ourselves.

This is serious business. The FBI needs to get on it but they likely will not.

The plan is to beat on more and more Republican fund raisers, and supporters, until conservatives defend themselves and martial law will be declared and elections postponed.

Kristinn, aside from the horrible beating that broke the girls leg, the worse thing about this is that (not counting the small percentage of people who are FReepers who know the TRUTH) the driveby media have been preaching that political violence is a creature of the Right.

I talked to some fine older people yesterday who are naturally conservative and otherwise opposed to socialism. They don’t have computers, let alone Free Republic. But they do watch television. So over the past several weeks they’ve been told about the Anti-government man who flew his plane into a building in Austin; the Tea Partiers who spit on democrat congressmen/women and yelled racial and homsexual slurs at them; just today Bill Clinton tells them the Tea Party is like Timothy McViegh and the Michigan Militia; and of course over the past year or so they’ve heard about the racist Cambridge cop; the Tea Party/town hall protestor Nazi’s, Brooks Brothers suit wearing, racist, angry fat white men who hate Barack and his lovely wife.

Anyway, if I interviewed each of them they’d know all about the Tea Party-Town Hallers-Republican violence and hate, but know ABSOLUTELY nothing about this blatant attack in New Orleans, or the thousands of other truly hatefilled protests, letters, movies, shows, speeches, etc by the Left.

We need our own Network. Fox is not enough, and they are BALANCED, don’t you know? That means Shep, Geraldo, and the Weekend Fox n Friends get to spot about the same we hear on ABCCBSCNNMSNBCNBCNYTLATWP.

It was clearly a political hit based on even the very first stories to come out. They were targeted because one or both had Palin buttons on.

Any Republicans (and Conservatives of all stripes) attending public gatherings like this where the SEIU and other thugs are likely to show up should be carrying. Full magazine, hollow points, one in the chamber, and safety on. Few of us can afford hired security so we need to bring our own.

I won't say what should be done with the bastards who broke the lady's leg, assuming they are caught, as I don't feel like being banned by the Mods tonight.

How come every thread that mentions N.O. some one has to bring up Katrina? This has nothing to do with Katrina. To wish that an American city would be wiped off the map, and to hope that it happens again is vile.
