Do you think the pres will have a TV statement that says the attackers acted “stupidly”?

They'll only do that if they're up against the wall of "too many facts" to throw the story away.

Well it certainly wasn’t a hate crime, I can tell you that right now!

This young couple was beat severely, concussion, and a broken leg that required an operation. This was far more than mere words that was said in a crowd that hurt someones feelings. You take this incident, the one where a left wing nut job bit of the finger of a tea party guy, the incident where the union thugs beat a black man because he held different views, and you clearly see a pattern of violence that is out of control.

As much as I want to correct the mistakes at the ballot box, it is far past time that we factor in protection at any place where we meet in public. I don't care if it's off duty police officers or a professional security staff, it now must be factored into any event where our folks meet. The media will continue to ignore the real criminals so we must protect our own with professional protection and professional people to record every move at these public meetings.

Why wasn't this type of protection offered in New Orleans of all places? If we cant protect our own we wont have many people willing to make their voice heard or show up. Let's face the facts folks, the media will focus on Bill Clinton and his absurd comparison with OK bombing to tea-party people and totally ignore us when the wrong side does the beatings. Our side seems to be slow when it comes to the beat and run tactics of the left. Wake up people, they are scared and desperate, lets take the steps to protect each other.

Millions of people have watched the tv network news since the dawn of television. Back then we believed everything that the CBS/NBC/ABC news told us. But that was yesterday, today we have Fox News and talk radio, maybe it is not as much as we should have but it is a strong start. We need to tell everyone we know that they should try watching the news on Fox. When they start watching Fox they will notice a difference. I told an old family friend about Fox News and she started watching it. This is a woman in her seventies who is an immigrant and an old friend of my mother’s. She told me that she noticed that Fox did not kowtow to Obama the way CNN does. This lady now watches Fox News, her daughter, son and in-laws will watch Fox News as well and when she is chatting with her friends she will mention Fox News. She will also speak with her friends who are of her ethnic group. Having grown up in this immigrant community all of my life, I know how close-knit our community is. People in ethnic communities have strong social networks which pass on information. This friend of mine will affect the attitudes of many people through this ethnic network. I think this is happening all over the nation as one person talks to another. When you reach one person you also reach their whole social network.

We definately need to keep an eye on the leftwing or SEIU protestors. They need to be photographed from every angle. Maybe there could be professionals filming the protestors perhaps from a high perch such as a second story window. Zoom in on them and get close up shots of everyone of them. They need to be followed to their cars so that their license numbers can be written down as well. Maybe hire some off duty police as guards.

food for thought:

The left were very angry when Bush was President. They did more stuff then than TEA parties ever thought of.

Now in Obama’s defense they are coming out of the woodwork and getting even angrier and becoming down right violent.

In 2010 / 2012 elections, I believe that Conservatives will sweep. Perhaps being able to actually over turn much of Obama’s fascist policies. If nothing else in 2010 they will make him near a lame duck with his policies.

How ugly do you think that they will get when THAT happens?

IMO, we are in for a cycle of violence and people making statements like Clinton’s most recent just add fuel to the fire.

Where is the indignation of Bill Clinton now?

What has MSNBC said about the left wing nuts that did this?

Your #50.

Bingo!!! You’re right. The Republicans are being cowardly and its super disgusting and reprehensible. They need a 2x4 upside the head or between the eyes. But then, they’d probably just run home, get under the bed and cry.

It’s ashame they weren’t packin’. Imagine how this would be covered on MSNBC if a right-winger shot someone even in self-defense.

Your comments illustrate an incredible amount of ignorance and thoughtlessness. Incidents like this happen very rarely in New Orleans. We are not a hot bed of leftist protest as seen in other states such as CA,NY,MA, etc.

In fact, we'd be a hell of alot better off if the deep blue state of Connecticut had it's voting rights suspended as opposed to your pleading to have N.O. wiped out.

Thanks for Dodd, Lieberman, Courtney, Larson, DeLauro, Himes and Murphy. Thanks for your electoral college votes going to Gore, Kerry and Obama. You and your state clearly have much to be proud of. Enjoy your new government health care, your new taxes and your soon to be Cap and Trade that your state voted for overwhelmingly.
