Protest Mob Also Targeted Host of GOP New Orleans Fundraiser Before Allee Bautsch Mauling

Walter Abbott, doing the reporting that most others in the blogosphere and the mainstream media refuse to do, has broken a story at the Lincoln Parish News Online that the host of the Republican governors fundraiser which Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal's chief fundraiser Allee Bautsch and her boyfriend Joe Brown had attended before they were brutally attacked just blocks away says that he and his party fled the fundraiser after twice being targeted by protesters:

In an interview this afternoon, Louisiana GOP Chair Roger Villere, Jr. told Lincoln Parish News Online he and several others were pursued by protesters last Friday night after a political fundraiser, but managed to get into a cab and avoid the mob. “We started to leave out the front door after the event, but the protesters had us blocked – there were six of us in our group – so we went out through the kitchen,” Villere said. Once they got outside, the protesters spotted them and began to pursue them, but they managed to get into a cab and avoid confrontation.

Villere speculates that there were "professional agitators" working the otherwise peaceful protest.

The mainstream media and self-appointed gatekeepers of the conservative blogosphere are trying to bury any notion that the savage attack on Bautsch and her boyfriend was politically motivated when there are many signs pointing to just that, including the words of Bautsch's mother this afternoon on Fox News:

KELLY: One reporter says that he spoke with the Public Information Officer at the New Orleans Police and that Public Information Officer said that insults of a political nature had been hurled at your daughter and her boyfriend during the attack. Do you have any problem with that report?

BURNING: Honestly this is not a Republican or Democrat problem, this is a problem that a young girl and her boyfriend were attacked and the story hasn’t really come out. And I just want to make sure that these guys are found. That’s the important part of this. There is accuracy in the story. I just think that yes when you do the investigation you do look at the people who were in the area at the time, to be able to bring the right people in for questioning. That’s the really important part.

That's almost certainly true, but the higher-ups are creating the atmosphere that leads to this kind of thing. They make inflammatory speeches, they speak intemperate words, they exaggerate, they whip up furor. They point at their opposition and call them not wrong, but evil. They do not condone the violence, but they do not condemn it either. And hence it grows.

Tragically, it's not just leftists who do this (although they are by far the worst).

I was just reading the other thread and I find it interesting that a young couple getting the u-no-what kicked out of them outside a Brennans is JUST considered a medical issue.
Not until she reported her purse stolen did the NOPD even take a report. (purse stealing is bad for tourism?)

Even if, as time goes on, this ‘incident’ looks ‘isolated’, and NOT part of an overall plan, however sloppily put together, IF IT’S NEGLECTED BY THE MSM, it will effectively
NEVER HAVE REGISTERED in the millions of minds who still get their ‘news’ from the MSM. THEREFORE, any retaliation by our side will appear to be UNILATERAL. That effectively would play right into the hands of those that want to see US as aggressive, hateful, and dangerous. THAT is the cycle of violence we should be mindful of, the cycle where they can create a perception that it all looks like its coming from OUR SIDE-—this is what the New Lumbering Behemoth, Janet Napolitano, wants to see happen, as per her leaked document from a year ago, and what people like Bill Clinton, granny glasses down at the end of his nose the other day, is STILL trying to suggest, pointing at Talk Radio, and NOW the Internet, are the main sources of ‘hate’
that result in things like the OKC bombing. People like Clinton are NOT STUPID, they are EVIL. THey KNOW who the Tea Party people are, they just PRETEND they don’t. It doesn’t serve their interests to give a fair and judicious assessment of the Tea Party Constituency, so they ratchet it up into some historical “teachable moment”, KNOWING their comparisons are absurd, but hoping to convince and reconvince enough people out there that “those who cannot
learn from history are doomed to repeat it”. In that rancid spirit they’re willing to throw a million things against the wall, and see what sticks.

I think I’ve tried to reveal another dimension of this dynamic that uncovers the tricky psychological groundwork that’s being laid, going forward. This beating incident will either be totally ignored, or given some kind of half-assed lip service by the MSM, and that will set the tone for the ongoing Big Project against the Anti-Big Government, Anti-Obama constituency out there: the idea is to make it look like its opposite. Happily, this project will fall as flat on its face, over time, as that middle school teacher from Oregon, and his “teapartycrasher” website. His fifteen minutes of fame are over, Obama’s fifteen months of fame are quickly coming to an end, and are effectively ALSO over. But we won’t see it probably for another 15 months.

Well, I hope she and her boyfriend will be able to give good enough descriptions of the perps so that they can be found, arrested and sentenced. I’m tired of the opposition always accusing us of everything because they can’t debate us on the real issues. Instead...they use thuggery tactics. This is pure evil.

So over the past several weeks decades they’ve been told about the Anti-government man who flew his plane into a building in Austin; the Tea Partiers who spit on democrat congressmen/women and yelled racial and homsexual slurs at them; just today Bill Clinton tells them the Tea Party is like Timothy McViegh and the Michigan Militia; and of course over the past year or so they’ve heard about the racist Cambridge cop; the Tea Party/town hall protestor Nazi’s, Brooks Brothers suit wearing, racist, angry fat white men who hate Barack and his lovely wife.

Initially many do fall for it. But then the lies become so ridiculously obvious everyone knows they are lies. Ofcourse by then dissent is crushed and very few have the guts to confront the lies. Communism distorts the moral fiber of societies.

I have good friends who came to the US from Poland after the wall came down. Every year they would do "blanket drives" for the "poor oppressed children starving on the streets in evil capitalist America. They said, there they were poor as could be, having nothing but they dutifully gave up their blankets KNOWING FULL WELL IT WAS ALL BULLSH*T. But to say so meant endangering yourself, what livelihood you had and your safety.
