The White House ripped CBS News on Thursday for publishing an online column by a blogger who made assertions about the sexual orientation of Solicitor General Elena Kagan, widely viewed as a leading candidate for the Supreme Court.

Ben Domenech, a former Bush administration aide and Republican Senate staffer, wrote that President Obama would "please" much of his base by picking the "first openly gay justice." An administration official, who asked not to be identified discussing personal matters, said Kagan is not a lesbian.

Because they don’t want to nominate her.
So they float this story and then blame Republicans for beign homophobic.

This whole thing reeks of Anita Dunn.

We already have the "Wise Latina" on the court.

It is time for the "Lofty Lesbola."

That’s exactly what Republicans should be asking.
Why is the WH making an issue of her sexual orientation?

There’s a story there.

You won’t have to.
It’s the WH who is overboarding her.

Perhaps we should send a whole bunch of blank “hurt feelings reports” over to the WH, as it seems they are the biggest cry-babys on the entire planet.

Thanks. They pulled that post because I included the photo of the woman from the Washington Post article, which is an AP photo, and can't be used here.

Basically, I cannot accept anyone attempting to exercise moral authority over me who does not themselves operate from the vantage point that all morality comes from the lawgiver - - God.

If God is not recognized, then all else is rubbish.

What is it with all these powerful democrat women such as, Napolitano, Reno, and now Kagan? They all look like “Pat” from the old “Is it a man or a Woman?” skit they used to have on SNL.

Yup, and don't forget about the "Queen" (king?) of all of 'em: Rachel Maddow of MSNBC. yuck

Anita Dunn says: "The fact that they've chosen to become enablers of people posting lies on their site tells us where the journalistic standards of CBS are in 2010."

See BS is dissed by their fellow communists. Will the network grow a pair and fight back? Maybe, eligibility coverage? Nah, not likely.

Imagine being a cop in San Francisco.

Chief Heather Fong (left), the first SFPD female chief of police.

Theresa Sparks (center, former male), president of the San Francisco Police Commission, CEO of a multi million-dollar sex toy retailer, and a transgender woman.

Sgt. Stephan Thorne (right, former female), the first transgender SFPD police officer.

Their Representative in Congress is Nancy Pelosi.
