Obama's Tax Returns (For real)
The White House ^ | 4/15/10 | Barack Obama

Posted on 04/15/2010 10:55:42 AM PDT by FormerACLUmember

This is a 65 Page PDF file of the Obama tax returns.

Whatever problems you have with Obama, he has filed an honest tax return, as far as I can see.

He is also generous with charities, far more so than people like Al Gore and the like.

I looked carefully at the chariies and they are all legitimate.

I commend Obama for paying his taxes promptly and properly.

Okay, but I don’t think anyone should get “extra credit” for filing accurate returns on time.

The question is what about all the others in his administration and the federal workers who owe millions?

Was it $5mil and less than 10% to charity? Well, he probably doesn’t tithe so that saves him a bundle right there.

“he has filed an honest tax return”

I have never laughed so hard in a long time. Honest?

You need to review his charity gifts before he became president; I believe he changed his behaviour after becomming president (and it is more visible)

He didn’t start with the charitable giving until he ran for president. If you pull up old returns he fell into the same stingy category as Biden, Gore and many others. That’s pretty hypocritical, if you ask me.

Give this sleazy con artist no quarter. You and I have no idea what is going on under the table with obamugabe and MO. He has access to every national secret and so do many in his cabinet. How many will be revealed to our enemies for profit and fun? Who the heck knows, but rest assured, BO and MO are two of the biggest crooks on the planet and they are destroying the future for our kids and future generations.

I was thinking the exact same thing. He gets kudos for doing what everyday citizens do every year. As fars as him being generous with his charitable contributions I think less than 10% of his income is not that significant expecially since he has no living expenses unlike most people who have to pay for their homes, food, medical, dental
and some manage to give more than 10%.

Gee, a former Vp candidate making money in the private sector is far more interesting than a sitting president, able to influence legislation, getting a nice fat book contract, so please stop bugging us with this fluff.

"I wonder if he sent a 1099-MISC to Bill Ayers?"

I'm wondering if Ayers has ever bothered to report the royalties he received on the books he wrote for Obama?

I don't really feel like looking. He gets 400K for being President (or a little less because he only became President on Jan 20). I thought this was a full time job. Is Michele drawing a salary? I didn't think First Ladies did. There was the Nobel Prize I suppose. How much was that? Did the Community Organizer have a lucrative Blind Trust? What?

There was the Nobel Prize
BINGO!

I wasn't thinking about that!!

I had in mind the report I heard that the lion's share of his charitable contributions went to the United Negro College Fund. A valid charity, no doubt - but does it promote institutions in which most of us would be no more comfortable than we would be in Rev. Wright's church?
