Georgia's governor Sonny Perdue originally said that Georgia would sue independently to keep costs down. I'm thrilled that my state will be joining the original lawsuit instead!

Wouldn’t it make more sense to sue seperately and divide the Justice Department?

When a ‘majority’ of states come out against this monstrosity .. Why would lawsuits even be necessary?

I guess that what I am asking is .. once the majority of states show that they don’t want the ‘monstrosity’, don’t they have the right to over-ride the Federal government since the states are in ‘charge’ of their own governance?

Not sure I have worded this correctly but hopefully you get my meaning?

Thanks
