Wouldn’t it make more sense to sue seperately and divide the Justice Department?
I was thinking that for the sake of publicity and a show of unity it would be better to go in together. If the news were constantly referencing each individual state’s fight, people would lose interest and not be aware of how many states were involved. However, if we can have 20+ states suing together, I think it makes a larger psychological impact.
