I was thinking that for the sake of publicity and a show of unity it would be better to go in together. If the news were constantly referencing each individual state’s fight, people would lose interest and not be aware of how many states were involved. However, if we can have 20+ states suing together, I think it makes a larger psychological impact.

It does, but you know how the MSM angle will run if the group of states is presented as monolithic.

The imagery and slant will be as if it is a racial/class warfare issue, drawing on decades of convincing the masses that the last major States' Rights conflict was about something else entirely. That will be used to make not bankrupting the country and retaining the best health care system in the world into a "racist" issue, and the MSM court of 'Conventional Wisdom' will run with that meme regardless of the numerous very deep flaws in it.

After all, the 'truth' is what they say it is--just ask 'em.

Well, much the same way the prosecution divides the trial into each person sometimes they are trying to get a conviction and impair resources to get there.

But, most of the time they them in solido and get the conviction.

I would prefer to divide the Justice and sue seperately.
