U.S. President Barack Obama (R)
greets Canada's Prime Minister Stephen Harper at the
Nuclear Security Summit in Washington April 12, 2010.

A great success of Obama! Thanks to his firm pressure, Canada will not supply terrorists with the nuclear materials.

Back in the cotton mill town where I grew up, if some got that close in your face, they wanted to either fight or fu...er...kiss...and there was no love going around.
He might have lost that finger had he been back there then and had done that to someone.

He is always pointing a finger at someone. That shows how immature he is.

It looks like our P.M. Harper is pretending to listen and give thought to whatever Obama is droning on about. Harper is likely looking for the first chance he can to get away from the guy.
To: DCPatriot
Please look at Harper's body language. To me, his hands look like fists. I think he is restraining his own anger.
It may not have anything to do with what is being said; but, more about having the finger in his face. Do you like that? Does anybody?

Has anything been made of this snapshot in your press? I’d love to know the context- what was he telling the PM?

Following the lead of the Reuters comment, I guess the proper caption would be

What Is a Psychopath?
Psychopaths cannot be understood in terms of antisocial rearing or development. They are simply morally depraved individuals who represent the "monsters" in our society. They are unstoppable and untreatable predators whose violence is planned, purposeful and emotionless. The violence continues until it reaches a plateau at age 50 or so, then tapers off.
Their emotionlessness reflects a detached, fearless, and possibly dissociated state, revealing a low-state autonomic nervous system and lack of anxiety. It's difficult to say what motivates them - control and dominance possibly - since their life history will usually show no long-standing bonds with others nor much rhyme to their reason (other than the planning of violence).
They tend to operate with a grandiose demeanor, an attitude of entitlement, an insatiable appetite, and a tendency toward sadism. Fearlessness is probably the prototypical (core) characteristic (the low-fear hypothesis). It's helpful to think of them as high-speed vehicles with ineffective brakes.

Arrogantly the same as the pic of the Marxist Community Organizer bulling Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu with the same finger pointing. Mr. Obama shows a great lack of manners as well as his disdain for America’s friends....he seems to fit in well with America’s foes.

Shaking a finger in someone’s face is a sign of dominance and control. Bam is an egomaniac with an inferiority complex so it makes sense....
But we must remember that this is not the headmaster of Sidwell Friends whom he is trying to humiliate.(which would be bad enough) It is the Canadian Prime Minister: a world leader! Unbelievable. This man does not represent ME!

It is puzzling to me that Obama feels that he can treat our allies so shamefully with immunity. Why does he feel that he can treat our allies with such arrogance and get away with such distasteful and unseemly behavior? Why does he feel that they will not try to undermine him in any way? It isn't isolated behavior. They know who they are. They can communicate with one another. He seems to think he completely has the upper hand. He is far too confident in his position. Something is clearly amiss.
To: Tarpon
Tarpon, don’t make the mistake of thinking President Bush’s foreign policies were poor, they were for the most part excellent.....the Socialist’s around the world and at the U.N. may not have liked our President, but they had great respect for the man. Obama not only has the worst foreign policy’s, he gets little respect other than for Political Correctness. His approval rating in FP is not good.
