Barney Frank Gets Tongue-Lashing on Plane Posted by Sean Alfano

Congressman Barney Frank endured the not-so-friendly skies Monday on a trip back east from California as a pair of doctors upset over the recent health care overhaul confronted the Massachusetts Democrat, the Boston Globe reported.

The verbal row began, apparently, when the doctors, two sisters who are ophthalmologists and were headed to a conference in Boston, began criticizing the bill -- calling it an "Obamanation" -- upon noticing Rep. Frank nearby.

"They wanted to talk to me, but I apologized and said I like to read and watch on planes," Frank told the Globe. Frank said the women talked louder and then his partner, Jim Ready, told the women, "If you're trying to be bitchy, you're doing a good job."

...what the hell is wrong with the people of Mass to let a guy like Frank stay in office...have they forgotten that this state was once a cradle of democracy in 1776?

According to one passenger: "The women had been drinking, and they were crying and shouting. They were clearly the antagonizers, and Mr. Frank was kind of minding his own business."

Confiscating one sixth of the economy, is minding your own business.

Seems like Bawney Fwank's "partners" should refrain from using the word "bitch" in any form. Just my opinion.

Couple points.

1 After the women asked to talk to dear Barney, whether or not they were “talking loud” they weren’t talking to him when Barney’s partner called them “Bitchy”.

2 Sweet how they find “one passenger” to quote that Barney was so in the right and the women “antagonized” him (”those straight bitches”).

Barney Frank and his pot growing “partner” are loathesome scum and anyone who has ever seen Barney on tv knows he couldn’t keep his big offensive mouth shut for 2 seconds.

Now we have Frank comparing his celebrity status to that of Clark Gable? Just a little full of himself?

What about the other passengers were they liberal to and thought the same thing..I think since this is CBS they only questioned that one passenger..

Rep. Barney Frank (D-Mass.) was present during his partner James Ready's marijuana arrest in 2007, according to a police report.

Ready was arrested at his home in Ogunquite, Maine and was charged with marijuana possession, cultivation, and use of drug paraphernalia. Marijuana plants were found in Ready's backyard. Ready paid a fine for civil possession and the rest of the charges were dismissed in 2008.

The Boston Globe reports that Frank was on the front porch and told police that he never saw the plants and would not have recognized them.
