It’s going to drop even more.Wait and see.Fire all your democrap employees.
Obama's Marxist plan right on schedule. What will it take to remove this Alien Enemy Kenyan Imposter in the White House?
He never said redistribution would be easy. :)
Developing into 100% soon.

Try just Michigan. I guarantee you that number is 10%. The company I worked for, as well as others in the same industry, made across the board 10% pay cuts in 2009. They have not been restored.
Wow. I guess I’m like Rush and I’ve refused to participate in this ‘recession.’
After reading all these hard-luck stories I looked back over my spreadsheets and our income and assets have GROWN for the past five years.
Of course, I’m a contrarian investor and a Goldbug, so take that FWIW. :)
I have a great job, Husband has his own one-man business, and I have a small business on the side. We have no debt other than our farm mortgage, so we can stash/invest a larger chunk of our cash each month than others because it’s not going to a car payment and credit cards, vacations, kids in college (pay your own way, Kids; we did!), etc.
Sorry to be a Ray Of Sunshine in a B*tch Session, but we’re NOT losing ground at our house. (And I am NOT defending 0bama in any way, shape or form.)
Maybe surviving Carter and Clinton taught me a thing or two? Never, EVER play into Mother Government’s hand. ;)
This article is homophobic and racist. /chris matthews
Now we must look at the bright side. I’m reading more and more about how dad and mom losing their jobs have brought them closer to their kids who now have no intention of ever moving out. And now mom and dad’s parents are moving in and board game Tuesday nights are a big hit. It’s gonna be just like The Walton’s folks and we have Barry to thank.
It will go lower than that very soon.
I suspect the New York Times will down play this one...
I work in health insurance. My company just announced a 30% pay cut effective 10/1/10, and a 30% cut in bonuses effective immediately. Both are a direct result of the anticipated budget shortfall caused by the new “healthcare reform” legislation.
Hey, mine’s down 100%! (I was always an over-achiever).
This is what Obammuh wants.
Guess I’m grateful to have a private sector job but no salary increases since 2006.
Oh for my family its dropped a whole lot more then that.
It is still 96.8% too high for Obastard.
nah NY times says we should not be worried all is well as they have to lay off their own workers,
that is so far out of the mainstream and how far they push their B/S and now this
Totally anecdotal, but after hearing this story this AM, I thought I’d respond to this thread again.
Two college grads, both from GaTech, both same engineering degree. One graduated in June 2008, the other graduated in Dec 2009. Buddies, so the original graduate gets his buddy an interview with the company he’s working for. Same job the 2008 grad had been offered when he started work there.
He had told his friend that his starting salary was in the low 50’s, so his friend applied, and went through the interviewing process (along with many others) and was offered the job. Except now, the same job for a person with the same education (down to the school, same degree) same responsibilities pays $38,000, not $52,000. The job seeker tried to negotiate a higher salary, but was told that it was take it or leave it, $38,000 was all that was budgeted for that job...so of course he took it.
I’ve also noticed, on job boards from my son’s university that large companies (like Price Waterhouse, or Deloitte) are hiring accountants for about $15,000 less per year than they used to a couple years ago.
So, anecdotally at least, supply and demand in the workforce is driving salaries lower.
